Condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach was excellent with walkable places to get ice cream, breakfast and a quick lunch. We actually prefer this portion of 30A to Rosemary and Seaside. The beaches and trails are less congested and quieter. We especially appreciate the communication with the owner as we were staying during the hurricane. She was flexible with our needs and we were happy to be there to get things ready for the storm. We were a party of 2 but comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children.

We had the BEST stay! The house is beautiful and it literally has every single thing you could possibly need for the beach and your stay. The location is perfect within walking distance to the coffee/bakery and ice cream shop. Plus a super quick golf cart ride or drive to Grayton Beach Seaside, and several other great restaurants. We could not recommend enough and cannot wait to come back and stay!!

We had a great time! The property was older and had some water damage on the roof and the couch and blankets smelled terrible. The area is very busy with tourists. Convenient location for beach access. Overall had a great time, property just needs some tlc.

Absolute great location to stay! Specially when traveling with kids. Beach access points are within walking distance. (I suggest walking to entrance 36. That access point is less crowded than entrance 37). The home has all the things needed for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon and toys for the kids! The home was comfy after a day out at the beach. Comfortable beds. The home had pretty much everything we needed from kitchen utensils to toiletries. They have a grill ready to use which was and felt like that was a bonus. The exterior shower to rinse all that sand off was also a great feature. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this beach house! It was clean, exactly as advertised, and just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with everyone after long beach days. This has definitely become our new favorite place — can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect spot for our trip! The property was so clean, well-appointed and within walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We visit the Santa Rosa Beach area every year, and this house is honestly the best place we’ve stayed at due to the location. HIGHLY recommend.

Honestly one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Steps to the bakery to get morning coffee, steps to the beach for morning walks, steps to the restaurants and ice cream shop in the evening. Great decks for relaxing/working. And despite the proximity to everything it felt very quiet and remote. The house was meticulous and extraordinarily comfortable. All amenities provided for a completely stress-free stay. My daughter and her two friends loved their room, and rode the bikes provided to Seaside (15 minute bike ride?). Absolutely outstanding!

We really enjoyed our beach getaway. The recent remodel was very well done. They had everything we could possibly need for the beach and in the kitchen.

Great Spot on the Water

Grace by the Sea is a perfect get away to the gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach. The house is situated perfectly with just a quick walk to the water (w/accessibility to 3 different public access points), as well as the nearby ice cream shop and bakery. Our family had all the space and amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the outdoor shower (w/hot water!), washer/dryer, and kids games. The kitchen was well stocked w/everything we needed (incl. kids cutlery and plates/bowls x4). We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor table/chairs/umbrella, but imagine they would be wonderful (quiet w/great view).

Great vacation on 30A

Grace By The Sea was a great vacation for us! It was easy to get to, just off of SH 83, which is one traffic light from SH 331 that connects I-10 to 30A. Good dining with Cowgirl Kitchen, Redfish Tacos, Blue Mountain Creamery and Blue Mountain Bakery is within walking distance. There are three beach access points within walking distance and the closest is less than a block away. The furnishings are fresh and clean. The beds are very comfortable. It looks like it was recently updated. Outside there is a community pool and Grace By The Sea has its own outdoor shower and grill. The check-in communication from the property manager was received early and was easily understood. We’ll be coming back again.

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

This rental was excellent! This was our first trip to Blue Mountain and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. I was a little nervous renting this VRBO during Labor Day weekend with only two reviews at the time, but we had no issues. The unit was updated and looks to have been professionally decorated. It came with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. It was, for the most part (ahem, looking at you neighbors), quiet too. Loved that we didn’t have to bring any beach gear as everything you could possibly need was included in the locked storage area underneath the building, right next to the outdoor shower. The public beach access is about a 2 minute walk to the corner. If you have a lot to bring, beware there are a lot of steps down to the very crowded beach. (There’s only a small section available for the public.) It wasn’t too bad though once we had our spot set up. The unit included a map of two other less crowded beach access points, but we didn’t make it to those this time. The pool was just steps away from the back door and was nice for breaks from the beach. There’s a couple ice cream shops and a breakfast sport within walking distance too. Restaurants and Publix are a short drive away. One little temporary hiccup with the thermostat was quickly addressed by property management. Highly recommended.

Second time in this condo strip, first time at this unit. Everything exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean, and incredibly well stocked. Loved the suggestion to access beach at entrance 36, SO much calmer and less crowded for a few more minutes walk. We LOVE this area specifically for its walkability to beach, ice cream, coffee and donuts. Not having to pack beach things except towels was Awesome. Would 100% stay at this exact unit again. Had 0 issues with anything, we just all didn’t like the water faucet handle directions . Literally our only complaint which is so inconsequential! A dream.
