Se trata de un excepcional Miami Beach Alquiler de vacaciones 2 dormitorios condominio cuenta con más de 950 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable de 10 pies de techo como se puede ver en las fotos, interior profesionalmente decorado el apartamento se pueden alojar hasta seis personas.
El hermoso salón tiene muebles modernos y una TV de 50 "de plasma. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario durante su estancia.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Maestro-size, un vestidor y un televisor de 32 "de plasma. Desde esta habitación se puede acceder al cuarto de baño completo. Al lado de la habitación que tiene el segundo dormitorio con 2 camas queen size y un televisor de pantalla plana. WIFI gratuito a Internet está incluido. El condominio está totalmente equipada con toallas, ropa de cama, plancha, secador de pelo y lavadora y secadora en el interior del condominio; así que traiga su propia ropa!

La playa Castillo está situado en 5445 Collins Avenue 10 minutos de todo lo que South Beach tiene para ofrecer: Los mejores restaurantes en la ciudad, boutiques, bares, tiendas y por supuesto la playa. The condo was clean and tidy. The pool was lovely (heated and large!) and lead directly out to the beach. And of course, the beach- beautiful!

I was suppose to be a 2 story condo. It was dirty and run down. Not close to anything like it described.

I’m a bit confused regarding the comment about a “2-story condo,” as there is no mention of this in the listing description or shown in any of the photos. We always aim to present the property as accurately as possible so guests know exactly what to expect. As for the cleanliness, the condition in which the unit was left after your stay was unfortunately not suitable for a same-day turnover, which is not typical for our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure the property is properly prepared before each arrival. Regarding the location, the description reflects the actual setting of the property, and many guests appreciate it for what it offers. The noise from the trash shoot was a lil loud but overall the stay was great. The host replied quickly to any questions we had. The apartment had great city views and the heated pool was amazing since our trip was planned over cooler days The valet service was always very backed up and took a long time waiting in line, usually over half an hour but they were very busy. Check in was a lil chaotic due to overwhelming amounts of people but as expected. Beach was easy to access and very clean. Pool side bar also very enjoyable

Pretty dirty apartment. Like, actual dirt everywhere, including the bathroom. Found 2 roaches while i was there. No cleaning supplies to clean after killing them. Overall, the unit is a total dump. Bedrooms have a conjoined door and one room has no ceiling. Just weird things that i wish were disclosed. The staff was nice and the valet guys work their tails off. Location is solid, right on collins with parking included. The lack of cleanliness is disgusting.

The apartment was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and we did not receive any communication during your stay reporting cleanliness concerns or requesting supplies. A few things did need attention in the apartment. In the bedroom with 2 beds the wood slats were bowed and unable to support an adults weight on the bed nearest the window (I did send owner a message and never got a response). The bedroom with a single bed the doorknob fell off while closing the door with absolutely no extra force used. Definitely could used a few extra blankets. Not sure anything could be done but being located next to the trash room is absolutely terrible!!! We were woke every morning between 6:30-7 with massive loud noises! Not exactly optimal on vacation!

The overall stay was good for the price! We did encounter 2 roaches in the room but that's not uncommon for Florida. If you do decide to book a stay here I would recommend bringing an extra blanket and/pillows. Additionally, you have to call the front desk to request for toilet paper because it is not included with your stay. For the most part this condo matched the listing but the hotel itself is very outdated. I struggled to find pictures of the hotel itself and now I understand why. When booking our stay we noticed a lot of reviews regarding the noise of the trash shoot... DO NOT underestimate how loud it is! Also a lot of door handles were loose and kind of falling off. Since we did not rent a car we did not use valet, which I am very happy about because there were people constantly waiting for their cars. All in all it was fine for a spring break trip girls trip (if you're not overly picky). We had a lot of fun but were a little concerned when first arriving due to how outdated the lobby and hallways were. Also the elevators are crazy slow but the condo was on the second floor so we took the stairs most of the time.

It was all ok but there was so much noise at night and during the day with the trash chute system next to the department. One night there was a very loud party late at night in the building too.

The location was perfect. The place was great for a family of four. The views were amazing. Grocery/restaurants/amenities were all relatively close. There was even an umbrella rental reasonably priced in the building.

Nice place for family vacation

The condo is located very close to pretty much everything that Miami Beach has to offer. The beach near the hotel is clean and beautiful. The condo itself was a good place to stay. The only negative point is the garbage chute located right next to the master bedroom which is very noisy (some people seem to be aiming for guiness record of decibels…) The place could gain from more isolation

Great Place to Stay

Great location in Miami. Close to South Beach. Pictures perfectly matched the listing. Olivier was very responsive and helpful during the process. Outside of the check in which gets busy with other rentals, this place was great.

Miami Trip

Absolutely love that the condo is inside a refurbished hotel. Everyone was very kind from valet, security and shops. The condo was very comfortable and I loved watching traffic and pedestrians on the street during rest times. We were able to easily explore Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Definitely download the Miami NBC6 News weather app as Florida has unpredictable weather. Great trip and great spot!

Clean and convient.

The beach was awesome right outside the door. The Tiki Bar was everything. Check in wasn't so good. They couldn't find my contract. Parking was very convient. Will stay again.

My 4 day 3 night stay was wonderful and well worth it!

Although there was only 1 bathroom, 5 females managed to make it the weekend. However, the trash chute is next door and is somewhat noisy! The property is just as explained on the site!
