Located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, a 5-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina is this beautiful 1-bedroom condo which can sleep up to four guests with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen Sofa bed in the living room, there is one full bathroom with a hair dryer. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, for your convenience there is a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water. BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas or dine poolside at 'Tres Amigas Cantina' restaurant and bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. If you caught some fish, they will happily cook it for you any style you ask for. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment a 43” Flat Screen Smart TV is provided in the living room. A 40” Flat Screen Smart TV is in the bedroom. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin op 3 machine self-service laundry.
Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush Oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi. A two-minute walk and you are on the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world.
