Encantadora casa de Lewes Ranch cerca del océano, playas, parques estatales, parques acuáticos

Somos una familia de cinco que hemos disfrutado de innumerables veranos aquí en la playa, nadando todos los días y yendo al paseo marítimo. Nuestra casa es perfecta porque está fuera de toda la acción en un vecindario tranquilo, seguro y familiar, pero tiene fácil acceso de 10 minutos a cosas como Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, Bethany, Jungle Jim's Water Park, Midway Race Track. Midway Movies. La casa está ubicada en la hermosa Angola junto a la bahía, donde disfrutamos del ambiente familiar. Caminamos todas las mañanas y la gente siempre es agradable. Si está buscando una noche de adultos en Ocean City, Maryland, disfrute de un día en Seacrets Club o lleve a los niños al Parque Estatal Assateague para ver los ponis salvajes. A mi familia le encanta ir a las tiendas libres de impuestos en un día nublado o simplemente ir a Ocean City Maryland.
Nota: Desde Memorial Day hasta Labor Day solo hago alquileres semanales. Sábado a sábado.

Wonderful stay!

Great time

Place was nicer than pictures. We were comfortable and felt safe the entire time. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for our stay. Host was great although we didn't need anything more from them as the place was great!

Lewes ranch home

Close to everything, the pool is great, the neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and has everything you need for a vacation! Appreciated the little things like hand towels, bath mats, boogie boards. We rent houses every year and this one was really great. Would stay again,

Lovely place to stay

This home is in a great location. We enjoyed being in a very quiet neighborhood that is still within a short drive to all the beach towns. The home was clean and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower was so convenient for coming home from the beach! Donna was great with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this home!

Very good accommodations

House is clean , backyard is private and cozy , pool is near by at the same Development. Pool is clean and big with guards. House is 15 minutes drive to Rehoboth beach. Would recommend this house to family of 2-5 members. Don't forget your bed sheets.

Alex and family, we are the owners/cleaning service we drive down every weekend to clean so that the renters enjoy the nice and clean place just like home. I am glad we have plenty of blankets and we supply the sheets for the pull out cot. We are a family of five and the place it just perfect for many of cozy movie nights. Better Than Expected!

The pictures do not do the house justice. The owners have made some really nice updates. House was nice and roomy and well stocked. Community and pool was great. Kids could ride there bikes to the pool, the fishing dock and all over the community.

Lovely!

We were immediately impressed with how clean the property was. The small touches were nice, paper plates, paper cups, coffee pods, q-tips, tissues, etc. The screened in porch is awesome and nothing is better than an outdoor shower. Lots of things to do and access to beaches, longest drive was 30 minutes. Neighborhood pool was nice and super close. We had a blast, the kids didn’t want to leave.

Excellent Host!

This was our second year staying in this property. The owners are wonderful people, very open with communication and responsive. Felt like borrowing a friend's house. The house is in a great community with a marina, crabbing docks and even bike trails. It's a short walk to the pool in a walkable community. It's a short ride to the beach, shopping, etc. We had Bona pizza our first night down after a long drive, and their sandwiches were amazing.

Cute and clean house with lots of amenities

The house is very clean and cute with a nice big open kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has all the supplies you would possibly need to cook meals. There is a washer/dryer, beach chairs and boogie boards, a grill, tv's in every room with the capability to attach your own Firestick, xbox, etc... I really enjoyed the area, swimming, and playing tennis with my kids.

Great little house in a fantastic community

Pics don't do this house justice. Wonderful open floor plan with plenty of space. We were 6 and never felt cramped. Had guests over for dinner and still had plenty of room for everyone to eat and enjoy. AC units kept the house cool. Owner was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. Would absolutely rent again. Community is very walkable and quiet. Pool, Marina and other amenities available. Cape Henlopen SP is an absolute gem and great beach option.

Great House

Everything was as expected except bed sizes were not queen they were full. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive in communications concerning our questions with suggestions.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time - the house was comfortable, clean, and well air-conditioned! We loved that it was just a short drive to both downtown Lewes and Rehoboth. Since I was 8 months pregnant, we didn't do many beach days, which is when I really appreciated the access to the pool and playground, which are just a 5 minute walk from the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were practically no bugs, which was a big win! Donna was so helpful any time we had a question and very easy to get ahold of. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful rental property

The house was so clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there (except for a dishwasher, but we were okay with it) I would, definitely, recommend this house. Loved it!

We enjoy renting our home out so that other families can have the same positive Esperance that we have in the community. We have three children and now grandkids, so they keep us very busy.

We like the quiet family atmosphere of the community, and we are only 10 minutes we from beach and Rehoboth boardwalk. The kids can go to the boardwalk for their own fun night and let the grownups relax or go out for dinner or to the outlets.
