Whether you're enjoying a sunny coffee on the screened in porch or walking back after a long day on the beach you'll be creating memories and enjoying beach life at its best. Cook in the full kitchen, grill on the porch, or head out to any of the many great places to grab a bite on the island. Take the beach to the Tiki Bar and relax!
The stand alone home features ample parking spaces, a large garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious and comfortable living area and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook in comfort. The 2nd floor porch is screened in, and the third floor crows nest is a great place to enjoy the beach air. The surrounding area is very quiet and full of new and old homes with walkable streets and a long greenway close by that's perfect for bikes and scooters too!

The neighborhood is full of newer and older homes alike and is very comfortable and quiet. It's the perfect place to go for long walks with or without your pets.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The surrounding area is full of larger duplex style homes with multiple units in the same building. While these are great homes (and many are quite striking visually), sharing a wall and worrying about noise in the conjoining unit can really be stresssfull. Our home gives you all the benefits of having the space with none of the headaches of sharing walls and common spaces with other people and families. Come and go as you please, and feel safe and secure while doing so. The backyard is fenced in, with a dog run and staircase off of the Master Suite. The outdoor shower lets you rinse the sand and salt off conveniently right next to the garage.
