Built in 2015, this quintessential mountain retreat sits high above Black Mountain and offers breathtaking long-range views of the town below and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Whether sipping coffee by the outdoor gas fireplace on the upper deck or soaking in the private indoor hot tub, this home invites you to relax in all seasons. After a day of exploring charming downtown Black Mountain or nearby Asheville, return to this peaceful haven and unwind with your favorite game, show, or spa soak.

• Open-concept kitchen and living room with drip-style coffee maker, Keurig-style coffee maker, island seating for 4, gas fireplace, and TV
• Main level deck with cozy seating, a Blackstone gas griddle, and a gas log fireplace
• Lower-level deck with outdoor dining, swinging chair, and hammock
• Indoor hot tub, with access to the lower-level deck, and a nearby TV room with seating

• Main floor bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Lower-level bedroom with two twin-size beds; adjoining den with queen-size Murphy bed
• Lower-level bathroom, accessed from the hallway, with bathtub and shower combination
