After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to cozy up in the living room and watch a movie. Hulu Plus and Netflix are provided to you at this cottage; other streaming services are available on the three smart TVs if you bring your own accounts. With a spacious layout and two levels, this home provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Or step outside to the patio and fire up the gas grill for a barbecue. You might find yourself wishing to listen to beachy tunes; luckily, with the stereo system in the living room that allows Bluetooth streaming and a turntable, you can do just that! Some albums are even provided to help you relax and unwind. With amenities like a washer/dryer, towels and linens provided, and family-friendly features like a Pack-N-Play and enclosed yard, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Things to Know
• Netflix and Hulu streaming accounts are provided. Other streaming is available on the three smart TVs, but you will need your own accounts for the other streaming services.
• There is a guest welcome book in the kitchen that contains instructions for using TVs, stereo, outdoor shower, and other items in the cottage

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
