Our family ( us, kids, and grandkids) had a wonderful week in this condo. It is very large and comfortable, and centrally located. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, close to the beach. Very easy to check-in and quick communication with the host. The cleanliness of the location and the condo is not what was expected for the price paid.

It was great property manager got in touch right away after we contacted them.. didn't like is there was dog hair on the bedding maybe cleaners can clean a little better.

Good Stay

Great location. There is a lot within walking distance for all ages. Beach was easily accessible. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and only one pillow on each bed. Bring extra if you can’t sleep completely flat. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Great Rental

Spacious rental in great location. The jetted tub worked, the TV’s worked, and it was easy to get in touch with management when one member of the group was locked out of the room (didn’t know the code). The lazy river was great for the kids 8-12yrs old and the splash pad worked out for the toddlers! The kitchen had every utensil/tool/appliance possible and I would definitely stay there again.

The place was very nice and spacious. The pool wasn't as big as the pictures. The lazy river takes up most of the pool area. Wish there was more space for kids to play in the water.

Condo was spacious and clean for the most part

Great location and safe unit. Beautiful décor but bath towels were small and not enough of them. Condo sleeps 11 and there were 10 small white hotel towels. The matresses were uncomfortable.

Vacation 2024

Good location, lot of space, 2 broken chairs in living area need to be replaced immediately,stopper in tub in shared bath was not working, gave maintenance a text and it was replaced promptly. Other than these two issues, family had a great stay in this property.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and large, but several items of furniture could be replaced because they were broken. Our biggest concern was that the neighborhood seemed quite unsafe. Overall, we were pleased, but needed to take safety precautions walking to and from the beach.

Villa II condo rental

Great location with walking distance to many restaurants and golf courses within 15 to 20 minutes drive. Spacious condo, lots of room for all. The only negative point is the kitchen benches and chairs are all wood with no cushions. It gets uncomfortable after sitting down for a while. I highly recommend this location as it is also close to the boardwalk and family kingdom.

Good place

We’ve stayed in this condo before in 2017. A lot has been redone too it! There were only a few things we didn’t like including the beds being VERY uncomfortable. In the room I stay in (pink room) the closet door was broken , the trim going into the bathroom was broken. The living room brown chair was broken and the sliding glass door kept coming off track. Last but not least they don’t give enough bath towels for everyone . Other than those minor things we had an amazing week and loved the condo!

Not worth the money!

The outside of property was dirty with over flowing dumpsters, trash in elevator and mattress that needed to be replaced. Alot if the furniture needed be replaced also lots of broken chairs. I am surprised that this passed the VRBO standards. I will not use VRBO again. It was BAD!

Sad, dirty unkempt televisions didn't work and bath tubs would not hold water for a bath. Patio door off track couldn't open it dirty dishes in dishwasher dust covered the kitchen cabinets and ceiling fans.

Myrtle Beach Villas Aug 2022

We were mostly happy with the property. We had an issue w one of the beds which was taken care of promptly. We also had issues with the televisions in the bedrooms. They had speaker issues and words were distorted at times. Also the tv in master bedroom would not change channels as if the remote was not programmed properly or something. Every time we tried to change the channel the tv would shut off...and it took forever to get it back on to cable use. We never did get it figured out and unfortunately the prop owners were not of much help in this situation.

We had no problems renting this location. We even had to change the dates at the last minute and that wasn’t even a problem. I would recommend staying at this location it was close to the beach and local stores and restaurants.

myrtle beach getaway!

The property was ok. When we checked in the place was not as clean as we anticipated but a simple call to the property management ,the problem was addressed right away! The elevator could use a fan or better yet an AC because it felt like we were in an oven everytime we get on it especially when it gets packed with people. Other than the issues with the cleanliness and the elevator, the place and location is very convenient to everything and it is really a short walk to the beach which we all enjoyed so much!

Property was nice - clean and nicely kept. Liked the layout and the pool area.

Property was nice - clean and nicely kept. Really enjoyed the stay there - great location within walking distance to the beach and some area attractions. Something noted from all the guests whi stayed with me : the beds were all so loud (when getting into or moving around) and rather uncomfortable - pillow topper would have helped. And I think other guests (kids) kept hitting the emergency shut off on the hot tubs (hot tubs were a big seller for me), so several times they were as cold as the pool and not worth getting in!
