Recién agregado a nuestro mercado de alquiler. Esta casa de 4/5 dormitorios 3. 5 baño ejecutivo ha sido totalmente remodelado y actualizado con todas las últimas y mejores comodidades. Aproximadamente 4800 pies cuadrados bajo el aire. Todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, pisos de madera, todos los nuevos sistemas de Hvac y en la piscina de tierra enjaulados. The host were quick to answer questions. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. There was enough space for the family members. Check out was very easy. I would recommend the host to future travelers. The price was very affordable.

Wonder house for a large family

House was great to spend in Florida for the holidays with my family. The kitchen had everything I needed to be able to host Christmas dinner. Pool was great property was private with the backyard. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Bradenton area.

Tropical Storm Debbie still had a great time.

House was great had plenty of room and all amenities. We lost power for a little bit due to the tropical storm and the owner found us a generator to help keep our food fresh. Kids had fun waking up and going swimming everyday.

We were with a family of nine. The house is clean, very nice pool and living. Nearby Anna Maria Island and Cortez. We had a blast. The communication was very good with the owners. I really can recommend the house

Excellent house, perfect location

Our family of 10 stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas adn loved it. Pool area is great for the grandchildren and beach just a few steps away. We did most meals at home and kitchen was well equipped to deal with it. Gordon and Chris responded quickly if there was anything we needed. Overall a great experience.

The house and property was everything we imagined and then some. Everything was as described and our stay was with 8 people. We had plenty of room with room to spare! House was spotless when we arrived and ready to go! We definitely will be back next year, already looking at dates.

Pool house

House is specious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Bed and bathrooms were clean. Very disappointed with messy/unclean drawers in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets/walls/fans were very dirty. Would not stay in the house again.

Very responsive owner, just prepare to travel

The house is nice. LOTS of room and the pool area was very much loved by all of our kids! (Especially since it was unusually cool for FL and we had it heated). One evening we had an issue with the pool and the owner was EXTREMELY responsive! We greatly appreciated it. The kitchen could use some restocking kid cooking utensils and such but we made do with what was provided and were able to cook a few meals for our larger family. Our only downfall was travel time to basically everywhere, however, this was of no fault of the homeowners and mostly due to a high travel season and crazy traffic. While it is “close” to many things, prepare accordingly for travel.

Beautiful and spacious home with awesome pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they wanted or come together for family meals. There were lots of things available for the kids so we didn't have to go out and purchase things for the babies. The pool is amazing. The house was clean. The location was great; far enough from the busy parts of town yet close to everything so if you need to run out to grab something, it's a quick trip. The only negative thing that I would have to say is that the thermostat downstairs is locked at 73 and during the day in the middle/hottest part of the day, it gets extremely hot inside and takes a while to cool down at night. The thermostat should at least be allowed to go to 70 for those really hot days. Other than that, we have nothing negative to share. We will come back again.

Beautiful and Spacious Vacation Home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this spacious house. The layout is very open and welcoming. We had a group of 12 people at the house, and it didn't feel cramped at all. There is a lovely scenic-view room at the top of the house. The kitchen had basic dishes/pots etc, and we got by with what was there for a week. It would have been nice to have a broom, though. The only complication we had was that the hot water runs out quickly...and there wasn't toilet paper. From what we've heard, many parts of Bradenton are rough, but the section of town that this house is in was very quiet and nice. There's even a Deputy Sheriff next door. We felt completely safe letting the children play in the pool and in the yard. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we'd be very likely to stay there again.

Overall great location and home

This property was a great house with a fantastic pool! We just had a few things we didn't like which have been stated in past reviews. They should at least give each registered guest 2 towels. We each had 1 and were washing towels every day, and no kitchen towels. I looked on past reviews and they stated they were in the laundry room, but they were not. Overall, my biggest issue was with the bedroom on the 2nd floor in the back had a VERY bad musty smell. Not sure if it is because the temperature cannot go below 74 degrees but something really needs to be done about that. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle, which we loved. The pool and outside are great. Other than those few issues everything else was great!!!

Hi! Gordon was very responsive. Unfortunately we had a variety of different issues. 1st issue was the home was very dirty. Gordon did send cleaners, but they were only able to do so much in the limited time that they were there. 2nd issue, after a long day of traveling we were very upset to find that the master bed had NOT been washed. It was gross. 3rd Issue, I believe there are fleas or bugs of some kind. My son was bitten all over his first night of sleep. The house has a very nice setup, but serious deferred maintenance. Gordon was quick to respond when I told him about arriving to a dirty house.

3 Generation Family Vacation

We had such an amazing time at this house. The pictures really do not do this place justice. We easily fit three generations (12 people) into this house with room to spare. We were so close to the beaches, and state parks. We used the bikes almost every day. Robinson preserve, Desoto monument and the Botanical gardens were an easy bike ride from the house. The bikes were just a few of the extras that were waiting on us when we arrived. There was a cooler, beach chairs, floats, beach towels just to name a few of the things that we brought from home that we didn't have to. The house was so big and homey. It was big enough that you did not get tired of your family because you could get away from them and still be in the same house. There was an extremely nice air mattress that was just as comfortable as a real bed. I could ramble on and on about this house. The owners were always readily available and just very pleasant to deal with. The Garage door spring broke which happens with normal wear and tear. One call and Gordon and Chris were there in 20 minutes and got the door fixed the next day. From beginning to end Gordon and Chris were great. I cant wait to come back next year. Thanks again

Good area. Nice and spacious.

The house is very nice and quite spacious. It is in a good area where there are beautiful beaches nearby such as Ana Maria Island. The only thing missing in the house were toilet paper, toilet soap, detergents. and also a little more cleaning in the kitchen, but everything else all perfect.

There was so much space we could get lost in the house! Hide a seek was a blast. Everything was clean, quiet neighborhood and a wonderful experience.
