We live just around the corner and chose this home for the same reasons we hope you’ll enjoy it: a wonderful neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to beaches, parks, and time on the water. This is our own community, and we love helping guests discover what makes it special.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a holiday gathering, or a relaxing escape to sunny Florida, we want you to feel comfortable and at home. Our goal is to provide a welcoming place where you can spend time together, unwind, and create memories you’ll carry home.

One of the most rewarding parts of hosting is welcoming back our many repeat guests. Knowing that families choose to return year after year means so much to us, and we appreciate the trust they place in us each time they visit.

Because we live nearby, we’re happy to share our local knowledge—from favorite places to explore to ideas for enjoying the outdoors. You can spend your days discovering the area and return to a comfortable home with plenty of room to relax.

A little about us: I’m Christine, a licensed real estate professional with more than 35 years of experience. Before moving to Florida, Gordon and I owned and operated our own real estate companies for more than 20 years. Today, I’m with RE/MAX Alliance Group in Bradenton, where I enjoy helping clients find the right property and negotiating on their behalf.

What makes our home special is the space to bring everyone together—and the room for each person to enjoy a little quiet time. With five bedrooms, three separate TV rooms, and an upstairs game room with a video arcade machine, it’s a wonderful setting for extended families, multigenerational vacations, and holiday gatherings.

Outside, enjoy a refreshing swim in the recently renovated private pool, relax on the new lounge chairs, or spend time together on the newly installed paver patio. Pool heating is available for an additional seasonal fee, making outdoor time even more enjoyable during cooler months. Inside, fresh paint and new second-floor flooring give the home a bright, refreshed feel.

Bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood or riding to the local farm for fresh vegetables and produce. De Soto National Memorial is less than a mile away, Robinson Preserve is approximately 1.5 miles away, and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are about five miles from the home.

The extra-large driveway offers generous parking, including room for larger vehicles such as trucks or an RV./Boat. Feel free to contact us in advance to confirm that your vehicles will fit or with questions regarding the different public boat ramps nearby.
