With 12 bedrooms and 11 1/2 bathrooms, most bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms and only two share a hallway bathroom upstairs. The bedrooms set up is perfect including a mix of king, full, and twin beds, this property is great for large groups. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, a movie room, and game tables in the garage, and being next door to the clubhouse you have full and easy access to the amenities there such as gym, movie room, computer room, Olympic heated pool and jacuzzi, also next to the clubhouse there’s a basketball court and volleyball court for your enjoyment. Our host was amazing! However, we did have a few issues. There were rooms with light and tv remotes missing, as well as in the master suite downstairs, the closet was locked and inaccessible. This made it hard for hanging clothes, putting suitcases and shoes away. Everything had to sit out in the floor around the room. In a coupe of the rooms, the comforters and sheets had stains on them. Other than these few things, it was great space for what we needed.

Amazing decor and huge. Room for everyone

Overall the stay was excellent, everything was Terr as described. We enjoyed our stay there. Just about cleanliness some improvement needed regarding the thin white comforters in bedrooms- one of them had a blood stain so we had to remove it use our own blanket. One of the toilets had a small leak around the base of the seat. Didn’t bother te management as it was not a big leak.

The house is just as pictured. We had 30 people (7 families) and there was more than enough room. Every adult had their own room with bathroom. One of the fridges did have a leak but we just kept a towel down. One of the rooms downstairs by the stairs had an ant problem, but nothing we couldnt handle. None of the rooms have ceiling fans which was a bummer got a lil hot upstairs but we managed. Overall we had a great experience and the kids loved it.

This is our Family Trip. As a travel agent and from Florida, i look for certain things in a large home. This house provided everything we needed. Had had rooms that were never touched. Loved the fact that the house has 11 bathrooms and TV in majority of the rooms.Most of the homes when purchasing heated pool takes 24hrs to heat. Not for this location. The pool was warm when we arrived which was perfect because we were in the pool ever since we walked in. Would have been nice to have lights in the pool for evening swimming, but we still made it work.With some of thrle family members experiencing their own summers, it would have been great id the rooms had a ceiling fan or fans to help those on the first floor. Noticed alot of the rental properties don't have ceiling fans, but that would be Great if it did. Outside of that, the house, the location and the host was Amazing!! Will look into rebooking for next August.

Looks can be Deceiving

Certainly! Here's a rephrased version:---As mentioned in a previous review from June 2025, one of the refrigerators remains broken and leaking, the stove is still cracked, and the bathroom cabinet cover is still missing. Additionally, there were ants in some bathrooms, the hot tub and pool pump were malfunctioning, there was no net to remove bugs from the pool, the pool table was uneven, the barstools were torn, and the rented grill had holes, making only one side usable. Initially, the host responded to our concerns, but communication ceased after we reported the broken refrigerator. Some of the children developed rashes due to the faulty pool pump/filter. We would not recommend this host.

Disappointing Stay at BellaVida Resort

We stayed in this 12-bedroom home with family, but the experience was disappointing. On the first night, my car was towed while parked in the driveway, slightly over the sidewalk that cuts through it. There were no signs or warnings. On our last day, a second vehicle we were using was also towed for “registration issues,” even though it had been parked all week with no problem. We spent over 4 hours getting a replacement.We later learned towing is extremely common in this neighborhood—multiple guests we spoke with also had their vehicles towed. All of them, including us, were Black. It felt targeted and very unsettling.The house itself had maintenance issues: only two parking spots, one fridge didn’t work, bathroom drains were clogged (we had to clean them), stove was cracked, a drawer was missing, carpets upstairs were very dirty, and a bar stool was incomplete.On the plus side, the host was kind and responsive. They did send someone to fix the broken jacuzzi and door handle during our stay.This home has potential, but the overall experience was stressful and unwelcoming.
