Estilo de vida de centro turístico. Wine Country 20 Mins o San Francisco 20 Mins. Gimnasio.

Te sentirás como si estuvieras en un complejo privado. Ideal para 2-3 parejas o 2 parejas con 2-3 niños. Uso diario con 8 o menos considerado. Explore el Wine Country y San Francisco. Estoy justo en el medio. 20 minutos de ida a la primera de muchas bodegas de cata de vinos y 20 minutos para cruzar el puente Golden Gate. El condado de Marin tiene demasiados lugares de interés para mencionar, pero algunos son Muir Woods, Point Reyes National Sea Shore, Many Beaches, Sausalito y mucho más. Jacuzzi privado, vistas espectaculares desde la casa y nueva cubierta (mi cubierta está en un comercial nacional en HGTV como un diseño asombroso). y también de la piscina remodelada. Compré algo llamado bomba de calor para mi piscina y son un calentador relativamente nuevo y avanzado. Desde el 1 de abril de 2018, he estado nadando incluso bajo la lluvia y mañanas muy frías, debería poder mantener una temperatura constante entre 83 y 88 la mayor parte del año. Recientemente compré Rampas portátiles para acceso en silla de ruedas. 1 de enero de 2019 Estoy en el proceso de expandir mi Gimnasio de garaje en algo que considero un poco exagerado para un simple gimnasio en casa. La ciudad local relativamente pequeña está llena de eventos y mercados de agricultores. Cuando no esté haciendo cata de vinos o tomando el ferry a San Francisco, simplemente siéntese y relájese en el lujo.

Acabo de comprar una máquina de hacer gofres doble belga "profesional" con mezcla junto con una nueva olla de barro para sus delicias de cocina.

Acabo de comprar nuevos colchones Saatva, 1 King y 1 Queen. Son los colchones de 5 estrellas mejor valorados. También acabo de comprar ropa de cama y almohadas nuevas.

Señoras, si el arbusto de Gardenia está floreciendo en el patio delantero, asegúrese de ayudarse y hay pinzas para el cabello en el cajón de la cocina.

Sea responsable en la piscina y el jacuzzi. Úselo bajo su propio riesgo. No se permiten menores de 15 años en la terraza, en la piscina o en la bañera de hidromasaje sin un adulto presente.

Bill's Luxury Oasis in the Hills of the Sleeping Lady!

Bill (a.k.a. Bill on the Hill) was a tremendously gracious host as my family and I stayed at his lovely home during a family trip to San Rafael. His preparedness in helping us before our arrival was extremely thoughtful as he has a great video explaining all of the special and unique comforts of his home (indoor and outdoor). This home is so comfortable. It has a super a/c unit, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, clean and well renovated bathrooms with deluxe digital features, and the private deck with pool and hot-tub were well loved by us all. The smell of fresh jasmine, oleanders, and flowers fill the breeze around the house, and the bird watching is amazing and tranquil around his pond and pool. Bill's home is situated in a great location with grocery stores, shops, and eateries just down the hill. A trip into San Francisco and Pier 39 was an easy 30 min drive across the Golden Gate Bridge. We could have not been made to feel more welcome and comfortable as Bill is an extremely courteous host, he kept in touch if we needed anything or had questions, and was flexible with out check-in/out times. We highly recommend Bill's property - it is a gem! The property is family friendly, super clean, SUPER COMFORTABLE, and you will feel very spoiled - it is a home away from your home! Bill was also great with our kids...my 12yr old and 9yr old loved his kind and fun-loving spirit. If I could rate this beyond the VRBO starts permitted I would!

Comfortable as home, nice as any resort

Bill, the owner, clearly enjoys comfort and convenience, and happily he also likes sharing it with his guests. From the nice, warm pool to the hot tub to the big TV to the coffee maker to the comfy beds and pillows, everything is geared towards being comfortable and well cared for. Bill is a genuinely good guy, full of interesting stories and doing everything he can to make your stay as nice as it can be. Besides the house, the yard is beautifully maintained from the gurgling water feature to the always busy hummingbird feeders, that are a pleasure to watch. My wife and I sincerely hope we have an opportunity to stay here again.

Hilltop Heaven

We stayed at Bill’s for two weeks with our kids, on a working vacation. This place is a dream. The outdoor space is incredible and very thoughtfully designed (the view, heated pool, and hot tub), we setup our workspace in the solarium to be able to see kids in the pool and it was a dream. There’s also east access to all the area attractions (Muir, Reyes, GG). Within a couple hours of arriving my kids wanted to know if we could move in forever! High recommend. Bill has thoughtfully built an amazing home, is an attentive host, and we’re so glad he’s willing to share this space.

Luxury and comfort with views of Mt Tam

Bill's home on the ridge was every bit as gorgeous as in the photos online, and in the terrific instructional videos he shared. What a smart way for guests to see (and later refer to) the many thoughtful features of this home. Bill was easily available for any questions or advice. The house is perfectly situated for a mesmerizing view of Mount Tamalpais at all times from different rooms--most especially from the expansive outdoor patio and swimming pool. (We didn't get around to the hot tub or large outdoor dining table.) The rooms themselves were comfortable, well-appointed and had just what we needed to feel thoroughly at home. The kitchen has appliances and gadgets galore, as well as whatever you'd need including spices and pantry items. Snacks and waters were plentiful. There's even a home gym in the garage, along with high-end washer and dryer. All in all, we are hoping to return to visit family in the area again soon.

Fantastic property

The home was amazing - great views of Mt. Tam - the pool and hot tub were fantastic - the temp outside was in the 40s and 50s - the heated pool was in the high 70s/low 80s. Thanks Bill for being a great host!

Amazing Getaway!

I was looking for a nice getaway for my partner, tween and teen and this property more than fit the bill! It is a lovely property - the pool and spa are amazing and you can’t beat that view - and Bill was the consummate host. Everything was immaculate inside and out and Bill responded immediately to any questions that we had. Watching the hummingbirds was a fun bonus! We would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Bill's home is lovely, well kept and so very comfortable! The pool is wonderful as is the spa! It was very hot the weekend we stayed so having A/C was a huge plus! The kitchen is stocked so you can cook and enjoy eating in as much as you want. Bill is a delight to work with. We will stay at his home again for sure when we return to the area.

Relaxing stay close to Wine Country and San Francisco

My family had a wonderful vacation stay at Bill's place. The location is great as it is very close to both San Francisco and Sonoma/Napa Valley. We were able to take day trips to both. This property is also very close to the Larkspur Ferry so we were able to take that down to San Francisco for the day instead of having to battle traffic and parking. This property has a great deck and pool area with great views! Also Bill was very accommodating. He was a wealth of knowledge about things to do in the area and also got all our groceries for us before we arrived. What a time saver! Thanks Bill! When in the area again we will definitely use your place!

The dream of a lifetime--5 Star Vacation Home!

As I reminisce about our stay at Bill's home, I can not find enough descriptors to define the time we had during our 5 days: comfortable, accessible, care free living, and well supplied are a few that come to mind. The home is in an ideal location, close to San Francisco and the entire Bay, Sonoma, Napa, and it is also very easy to find. Bill is the most caring host I have ever met (we had everything supplied--food, coffee, paper products, on and on) and he will help with any need you may have on your list.The home is equipped with everything you need: music, tvs, workout equipment, hot tub, gardens--too many extras to list! Last, but not least, the POOL--what a piece of heaven on earth it was to relax in and enjoy the fantastic views from the deck and lounge area nearby. Bill's home is truly "paradise on earth" and we would stay here again in a heartbeat because of the beautiful house, relaxing pool with never ending views, and the super host! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable Bill. I know you will make many more dreams come true in the future. Forever grateful, Barb and Mark and family

Most amazing house and most of all amazing person!

All I have to say is that Bill was our knight in shining armor. My best friend was getting married and on the Tuesday before the weekend of the wedding our original rental cancelled but referred Bill. He was AMAZING. Not only did he let us stay there on short notice he made sure everything was in order and cleaned the pool and outdoor area (this was during the horrible fires up in Sonoma/Napa so there was a bunch of ash in the air and ground) left us water and coffee so we could enjoy. He even left a card for my friend with well wishes on her big day. The views of Mt Tam are to die for. We were house bound for a couple of days because of the smoke in the air but it was like being outside because of all the great windows. The pictures of use getting ready were amazing as well. If I could give Bill and his house more than 5 stars I would. He saved the day and even thought I live in San Francisco I am definitely coming back (as soon as I recover from the wedding weekend!)

Beautiful retreat!

Thanks Bill! Your home is very inviting and you are a wonderful Host! We have stayed in many homes through Home away/vrbo and I would say you went above and beyond what others do that rent their homes out! Everything you had there was very appreciated! We loved waking up each morning sipping coffee with view of the pool and mountains! At night it was fun to sit at the table and turn on the fire and relax! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay another week or more! We will definitely be back! We would like to come out when we see a smooth jazz festival is going on! We will keep in touch!

Incredible host and amazing view

Bill is an incredible host. He thinks of all the little details. The kitchen has all of the latest appliances and equipment and Bill even stocks snacks and breakfast items so you feel pampered. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and relaxing at the property. The trail that starts right down the street means that one can enjoy a beautiful hike quite easily. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Residential Resort

Similar to other comments, we found the property to be lovely and perfectly designed to take advantage of the views which start to sooth your soul the moment you walk in the door. My niece and I had a short girls stay at Bill's place and we really considered it a residential resort. Bill takes great care and effort to ensure your visit is all it can be ... (activities and restaurant recommendations, personal greeting and house tour when you arrive, snack and food treats for the taking, ambient lighting for certain times of the day, and more) and our visit was as peaceful and pleasant as we could have hoped for. While my niece had to go back home to the Midwest, I live in the Bay Area and am looking forward to more stays at Bill's!

5 Star Get-Away

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to relax after our daily adventures. Bill went to great extremes to ensure that everything was perfect for our 5 day stay. We toured Yosemite, the bay on a sail boat, Sonoma and Napa wine country, Muir Woods and Beach and Downtown during our stay. The property is perfectly located central to all. The morning and evening views of Mt. Tam started and closed the days beautifully. There were 6 in our party, 5 over 21 and 1 child of 13. The sleeping accommodations were great and Bill took special care to stock the pantry with breakfast fare and plenty of snacks. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to unwind also. Many thanks for your hospitality Bill - Look forward to the next visit!

A GREAT GETAWAY

We have rented privately several times and live around the area...but this property is just amazing. The video & pictures don't do it justice. The house has been designed and built to take advantage of the incredible views of mountains and hills. This was definitely a beautiful place for my family who stayed to celebrate my Mom's 80-years anniversary. The Owner was very thoughtful, very easy to communicate with........you just walk in & enjoy yourself. Thank you, Bill for your hospitality!

I am retired and want to travel. I just spent three years fixing my house and yard into a truly special property. When people come and experience my home for the first time almost all of them say, "why would you ever want to go anywhere"? Well I've previously been a world traveler along with owning a great house in Tahoe and I want to start my early retirement with lots of traveling. FYI, this house is really not meant for more than 4 adults.

I take pride in my house. Since I am just starting this add I will expand another time. I just had a couple of exciting times in my yard. One was a National commercial for the decking material company. It is called 27 Jaw Dropping Designs. I designed it. :-) https://azek.com/bestdecks?gclid=CLCVn4Tz_NMCFc-Xfgod4-UKOQ cut and paste. I'm the second deck with little boy running with Dolphin.
The other is a small segment in a movie on Amazon Prime called, "Enter the Fire".
Private Hot Tub, Home Gym, Massage Chair, lighting in house and yard is extremely nice with mood setting Lutron switches indoors and out. Heated Travertine Stone Flooring. Piano, Tommy Bahama solarium with views. Solar pool with Baja Shelf. New deck and deck furniture including Swivel Rocking Chairs with Fire Table for keeping away the late night chill. House totally repainted inside and out. Awesome hiking trails abound. One open space trail starts at the end of my street. Lots of golf courses and I have 1 or 2 sets of Taylor Made golf clubs that I could possibly loan you.
