I had an incredibly accommodating experience! I was born and raised in PR and am currently living in NYS. We went on a week's vacation to visit family. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at 2 AM. The security guard had already left the building, so I called the owner. Not only did he answer my call at that late hour, but he also guided me through the entire check-in process and stayed on the phone with me until I was inside the apartment. The place is beautiful, clean, new, and it smells great! It is well-equipped with everything needed for four people, from kitchen items to bathroom essentials. You can see the sunrise from the balcony, which is a lovely touch. The pool area was a fantastic way to cool down and relax after a day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk to the right of the sports club located opposite the building. We didn’t bring any food, only drinks and snacks, so being close enough to the beach to return to the apartment for lunch was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach towels and two beach chairs provided. Since there were four of us, we rented an umbrella and two extra chairs on the beach, which was super easy and inexpensive. The beach had a private feel to it, with not many people around, and it was absolutely beautiful. Checking out was also a breeze! We just left the keys inside the apartment and used a code to exit. I would definitely rent this place again!
