Condo was lovely, especially the view from the balcony. Everything we needed was provided, and Rita's instructions were perfect. Some road noise in the bedrooms, but we were so tired from seeing as much of this beautiful island as we could that it really didn't keep us from sleeping. We'll be back!

The location was quite central, having a pool AND a beach within a few minutes walk was clutch with 3 kids. Rita was incredibly available and helpful. Would come back!

We had a great stay here. The apartment fits us so well. So much room and the fact that it was near the beach and close to amenities. Old San Juan is 15 min away.

Beach getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo overlooking the beach. Pool and beach both easy access and security good. Within walking distance to many restaurants and groceries (Walgreens across street but also easy drive to airport and downtown San Juan. Host provides most of necessities including beach chairs, towels, toys.

There was something to do for everyone! The pool and beach, cool restaurants and a casino nearby, as well as ability to hike and swim in the rain forest or explore history, worked out for my various family's interests.

This property has the most amazing view. It was close to so many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. I read some reviews about noise at night. I did not experience that. Our stay was perfect. Rita had so many extras in the condo. Sunscreen, medicine, beach toys, beach towels, wine, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. it was refreshing.Location is close to so many things. The San Juan mall is about 8 minutes away. Old San Juan was about a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The property is in a great central location. Short drive (or Uber) to the airport, Old San Juan, etc. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Plenty of space with three bedrooms. The building is older and repairs/construction where ongoing. The property was very comfortable but does show some wear. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and would recommend this property.

Thoroughly Enjoyable

Beautiful view, great location, and wonderful hostess support/response. The pool, the ocean and the view was perfect. Close (walking distance) to dining, casino, and supplies. Decorated with a little holiday flair. Very festive. We read prior reports and warnings about street noise and there is, but owner thoughtfully had ear plus available for use. A little dusty and some updating recommended. Would consider staying here again - hostess was very available and pleasant.

Paradise for my Family

This was our second time vacationing in Puerto Rico and renting from Rita. The rental was beautiful, the location was convenient, and views were amazing. Everything your family needs is included in this rental! We all loved it. (The street side is a little noisy but just mostly on the weekend.) Rita and her husband are so attentive and we really appreciate the welcome gifts! We highly recommend staying in Carolina and renting from Rita. 😊

Beautiful view and easy beach access

We had such a wonderful stay in Rita's property! There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was close to the beach and many restaurants as well. The condo had many amenities including a pool, gated access, and parking if you rented a car. Rita was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only thing that was a negative was the street noise at night. While ear plugs were provided, I was suprised that the loud vehicles, sirens and music continued well in to the morning hours, especially on the weekends. It did make it difficult to sleep.

Rita, the owner generously left us wine, loaf of bread, cheese, salami, and a bottle of Cabernet, how thoughtful! Even garbage bags, spices, and cooking oil, coffee filters, and more too!The apartment was clean, liked the white sheets and covers, and sitting out on the small balcony was delightful- beach, ocean, and nonstop tropical breezes!We walked to a fabulous rooftop restaurant 4 minutes away- Kumo Grill. Also hung out at the El San Juan lobby with a live band and large crystal bar!Being across the street from Wallgreens made it easy to buy breakfast ingredients and beverages. Nice to sit at the pretty glass dining table and eat.The neighborhood is loud at night, and easily heard even on the 6th floor. Bring earplugs!The neighborhood sidewalk is narrow and the traffic is nonstop and loud so walking at night isn’t easy.Don’t let the unattractive hallway make you for an opinion before you get into the apartment- it’s much nicer than the way into it!

quick stay

The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the airport. Easy access to main roads. Lots of different key fabs but it adds to security, which was fine with us. It was comfortable for a group of 7. Plenty of everything. They were very kind in leaving us sandwich items, (ham and cheese, bread and butter) for us to use since we arrived very late. It was very much appreciated. We did not do any cooking just coffee (which was available) and reheated leftovers as needed. Great to have washer and dryer. Great ocean view. Very peaceful. People had complained of street noise but it did not bother us. Only the pigeons that had a nest on the window were bothering us in the am. BUT we got to see new chicks! very worth the noise. Parking spot was great. The apartment had items that could be taken down to the beach but we did not use them. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend it to anyone. Just stay longer than we did. There is a reason why they call it, "la isla del encanto"!

Amazing Host

I would rate this unit as a whole as 4 stars. Rita is a 5 star host, she was amazing. The unit itself was very nice, clean, could use some updates just because wear and tear on a unit like this is crazy, well stocked for the most part. The building itself is nice but it's a little crazy that they have rules that you can't have any drinks at the pool or inflatables or toys or food. And they don't have a ton of lounge chairs at the pool. We spent most of our time at the beach - you can rent chairs for 4 per day and umbrellas are 10. People walk the beach selling snacks and drinks. We loved the beach.The biggest downside of the building is the noise. I thought it wouldn't be an issue because I'm a sound sleeper but IT IS SO LOUD, especially in the master bedroom. Once I started using earplugs that my husband had and a noise machine app on my phone I slept better. I don't know if there is a fix for this, I'm guessing new, higher grade windows might help. But honestly just providing ear plugs and a box fan in every room would help too. I'm not sure if other locations in Isle Verde are the same, it all seems very close to the highway and airport. We needed 3 bedrooms and this was one of the few units we found with 3 bedrooms.

Realmente todo perfecto. Excelente condiciones del apartamento y la propietaria se esmeró en dar brindar algunos detalles que hicieron la primera impresión muy agradable como una botella de vino , cereales , productos básicos de higiene y algunas otros productos básicos que para poder ponerse comodo de inmediato en el lugar. En el lugar había artículos de playa y toallas para ponerse a disfrutar del lugar de inmediato. Súper recomendable.

Exceeded ALL Expectations

This unit was everything we hoped for and then some. Rita the owner is very attentive and keeps her unit in excellent condition. She provides beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, floats, paddle rackets, etc. The beach towels were in excellent condition and plentiful. Having a washer and drier in the apartment was fantastic. There were all the amenities you can think of, including bug spray, soap, shampoos, conditioner, a very well stocked first aid kit. She also left us a with a welcome bottle of wine, OJ for breakfast, bread, cheese and turkey slices. This is a 10+ star place.

Great spot!

The condo was beautiful, great space and has a great view. The property manager was responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. we had no trouble getting Ubers to where we wanted to go.
