Esta es una gran casa con vistas a la calle 18 con vistas al mar! Hay un dormitorio en la planta baja con una cama de matrimonio que comparte un baño completo con el pasillo. Hay tres dormitorios m������s arriba escaleras y dos ba������os. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado con ba��era de hidromasaje y ducha separada. Otras características incluyen: porche con mosquitero fuera de la sala de estar y porche al aire libre en el dormitorio principal, garaje, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, sofá cama en la sala de estar, comedor con capacidad para seis personas, asientos adicionales en la cocina para acomodar hasta nueve , lavadora y secadora, televisi��n por cable, televisión en el dormitorio principal, videocasetera, reproductor de DVD, Wild Dunes Sportscard disponible (permite el uso del gimnasio, canchas de tenis, programas para ni����os y piscina por un cargo adicional). The air conditioning never got below 74 degrees even in the middle of the night. Its at least a 10 minute walk to the beach only if you're not carrying anything. 15 minutes if you bring a wagon with a cooler/tent. Every piece of information we were given when we booked the house and checked in said the pool was supposed to stay open until 10pm. Someone covered that with a piece of tape at the pool gate and call security when us and our friends were there past 830.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and very useful space with great views. One of the dining table chairs needs repair. In general it needs paint throughout. Floor needs to be refinished downstairs and is worst in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and the interior handrails on stairs have reached the point wherein the paint feels sticky and is grimy. I recognize it is a beach house and is facing the strain of the elements, but this house does not appear to be keeping up with the other properties in the area. I would still return to this house on a vacation, but my standards are lower and the time I had with my family in this house are cherished. Thanks,

We had a great stay at this property! Beautiful ocean views and spacious rooms - we saw deer walking along the beach one night! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Beautiful location. House was roomy and well equipped for our family. Quiet neighborhood, great vicinity to the pool, quick walk to the beach. Disappointed the hot tub/spa was closed all week. Also, the front steps/walkway was overrun with mosquitos, which made entry/exit tricky with the children.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved the proximity to the pool and ocean access. The house was good. Somewhat outdated kitchen and bathrooms, but yet they were all good and clean. The house was clean, good linens, and kitchen was well equipped but not as well organized as it could be. We found silverware in one drawer and for multiple days we thought we only had 4 forks and two tea spoons, but later found another drawer that was full of utensils. The owner should have door locks fixed that don't work properly.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great vacation, but were disappointed with the house. We have used Island Realty for years and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, we found this house to be run down and unclean in our opinion. When we checked in, there were visible hairs and other ‘matter’ in the bathrooms. The house has an amazing location, but really could use a facelift when it comes to the furniture and maintenance. The furniture was very worn and dated. Even the paint on the outdoor furniture was all peeling off and didn’t look inviting. The decks had rust stains all over them and some places had nail heads sticking up. We were looking forward to the screened in porch, but one part of the screen was falling down so it defeated the purpose. The hedges off that porch could also use a trim for a better view of the ocean. The master bedroom did not even have a comforter on it! We really enjoyed the location but would look elsewhere for a house that is more updated in the future. Not sure that we would use island realty again due to the cleaning issue. I understand all of the maintenance and updating is not probably their fault though. Disappointing because this house has SO much potential!

We kept everything clean and trash taken out so not sure why they kept appearing. They got in our food and we had to throw it out and go get more groceries. Once I saw that, I then put the new groceries in the fridge or on the kitchen bar area.
