Just steps from Isle of Palms’ Front Beach scene, 6 10th Avenue puts big-group coastal living right where guests want to be—near the sand, surf, restaurants, ice cream shops, and live music that make this Charleston-area beach town so easy to love. Set in Pavilion Place with a shared community pool just behind the home, this 7-bedroom, 5-bath retreat sleeps up to 15 and is designed for effortless beach days, pool breaks, and relaxed evenings together.

Inside, the home opens into a bright, spacious layout with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The living area offers comfortable seating around the TV and fireplace, while the dining space and open kitchen make group meals simple. Two breakfast bars add extra seating, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for quick beach snacks, big family dinners, or low-key mornings before heading out.

With seven bedrooms, the setup works especially well for extended families, friend groups, and multi-family stays. Two king bedrooms offer primary-style comfort, three queen bedrooms provide easy guest accommodations, and two additional rooms with twin/trundle-style sleeping are great for kids or extra guests. Five full bathrooms help keep mornings and beach cleanup moving smoothly.

Outdoor convenience is a major perk here. Guests can enjoy access to the shared Pavilion Place pool, fire up the BBQ grill for easy cookouts, and take advantage of the washer/dryer after sandy beach days. The home also offers a garage/covered parking space, making arrival and storage simple for a full group.

The location seals the deal. Walk to the beach, catch surf near the pier, grab dinner or dessert on Front Beach, or head less than two blocks to The Windjammer for volleyball, oceanfront drinks, and live music. Historic Charleston is less than 30 minutes away, giving guests the best of both worlds: a true Isle of Palms beach escape with easy access to one of the South’s most beloved cities.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- This home allows one pet weighing under 40lbs for a fee of $250. Pets must be approved in advance. Unauthorized animals may be subject to a minimum $500 fine.
- Although this home is dog friendly, the property is NOT fully fenced.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Summer family vacay

We had a wonderful stay with family. House was close to beach, several local spots and a short drive to so many other eateries. Common area of house allowed us to gather together for breakfast, lunch and evening relaxing.

Perfect house,great location.

House was clean and in a good location to local shops as well as restaurants and the beach, can walk easily. A fair amount of steps if you have people that have issues with stairs. Fairly easy drive to other sites,towns,expressways. The owner/manager responded immediately to all questioned we had. We had a great time!

Family Time at the Beach

The house was nice, but needs some details attended to. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. The gas grill needs to be replaced. Needs more serving bowls. Very good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a nice house.

Thanksgiving Trip

The house was comfortable and certainly big enough for our group of 12. There was plenty of seating, which was a nice surprise. We did a lot of cooking for Thanksgiving day, so double ovens would have been nice, although I realize most people probably don’t cook much while on vacation. A couple of sets of measuring spoons and cups would be good to add to the kitchen because some were missing. The location was perfect and was within walking distance of restaurants. (The Sea Biscuit is a great place for breakfast!) We had family staying in the area and it was convenient to them as well. I would recommend it and stay there again on a return trip.

Charleston Golf Trip 2023

House was everything that was advertised. I just wish that I had reached out to the host before the trip to ensure that he got at least 2 more till away beds on the property. We were on a 12 guy golf trip, so each guy needed their own mattress. One guy slept on the couch all week, and two younger brothers sleep in the king sized bed. It may sleep 15 if 8 of those adults are couples, but we weren’t! Other than that, the place was perfect……literally a1 minute walk to the ocean!!

We felt the property was deceptively listed with "Pool" in the headline when we made the reservation in Dec '25 which had been changed to "Shared Pool" by May '26. We suspect other renters called them on it causing the change.Overall, our impression was that it was a pretty nice property at one point but had become a run down at the heels and needs attention. These are the issues we had to work through:-The recycle bin was completely full upon check in which caused issues until it was emptied later in the week. -The sectional couch in the living room was shot with sagging support springs and missing buttons on the bolsters and needs replacement. -The kitchen was missing a percolator coffee pot and both the manual and electric can openers didn't work. The baking sheets were dirty and both sets of knives were dull. --Almost all the TV remotes had dead or missing batteries. -The BBQ grill was dirty and clogged with grease causing flare ups. -A majority of the louvered blinds were missing the adjusting rods or didn't work. -A garage door roller jumped its track twice causing issues getting cars in/out. -The washing machine behaved erratically, not completing cycles and having to be restarted. --The fan switch in the main bath didn't work. -We ran out of the large trash bags just before departure.

Great space for large group

We had 13 people in our group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The space was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The ice dispenser on the frig was stuck in crush mode. We wish we had a bit more refrigerator space for our groceries and beverages. The only complaints were one mattress in the twin room was worn out and several lights in the bathrooms were not working. The air conditioning was adequate for the October weather in Charleston. Would definitely recommend 6 10th Avenue.

Family Visit for Charleston Wedding

We chose this home for the location and size for a family wedding. We had a great time - the location is excellent, very close to the beach and to restaurants and a fun bar. Decor in the home was cute, and the house was nice for a large family. One item that could use improvement is the quality of the mattresses in some of the bedrooms. We would stay here again.
