Con varios porches, un paseo privado a la playa, una hamaca para descansar, y seis enormes dormitorios, que va a ser el epítome de la relajada en esta maravilla frente al mar!

804 Ocean Boulevard fue completamente redecorado en la primavera de 2016, pero con sus porches y plan de piso abierto, todavía mantiene su encanto sure���o! La casa de seis dormitorios, cuatro baños cómodamente a 12 personas. sala y comedor abierto grande habitaci��n para dos ventanas de la historia. mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 12. El plano de planta abierto cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y un horno doble, por lo que alimentar a todo el grupo es muy f��cil. TV de pantalla grande en la sala de estar principal, también hay una sala de prensa en el segundo piso para descansar con una mesa de bar, un cómodo sofá y un gran televisor de pantalla plana.

El dormitorio principal tiene una terraza privada con vistas al océano Atl��ntico y un ba��o privado con bañera de hidromasaje para que pueda relajarse por completo al final del d��a.

Cuando esté listo para salir a la calle, le encantará el paseo privado a la playa y ducha al aire libre para enjuagar después de un d��a en el surf!

Cable, WiFi, y ropa de cama están incluidos. Gas Grill se encuentra en la parte posterior de la tabla a pie. Chimenea no es para uso de los hu���spedes. No fumar o mascotas permitidas.

There were nine women all together celebrating a big birthday in this house could not have been any better! Everybody was comfortable and had their own bed. Being right on the ocean insured lots of walks on the beach. The house itself was bright and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to pull meals together. The second refrigerator was useful and keeping all of our beverages chilled. I would totally recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house was not as clean as I have seen in most places I've rented. They had very few items for our use. 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel. For the rental price I felt they should have stocked it a bit more

Reviewer Comments: Our family loved our time but felt there were cleaning issues (clean the return ducts & filters, I wiped down kitchen cabinets) and the smell of mold/mildew needs addressed. After returning home, we could still smell the house on our clothes and suitcases.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th experience with Island Realty and our 3rd in this house. The company is great with a particular shout out to the maintenance department who are on top of any issues and very helpful and the front desk crew that is friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect for us. It is not super updated which is fine, it's a beach house and I don't want to panic if any little thing goes wrong on our side – the fact is, some sand is going to come in! Everything works, it's a great design, and there is tons of room to get together or find a little privacy. Wonderful stay – thanks to everyone.PS - I am a hard grader!

A little disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the house didn't match the price and expectations. Lots of items were unsatisfactory. For example, one bathroom had a broken shower door, which was just sitting in front of the toilet instead of being installed. So when you showered the bathroom got wet and when you used the toilet you were cramped. Speaking of toilets. They are old with worn toilet seats and clogging issues. The TV in the main living room turned on but couldn't find channels. The main lights in 3 bedrooms didn't turn on.The frying pans were bent, so you had to try to balance them, so you could fry some eggs. One bathroom was dirty and one bedroom had dirty sheets. Overall the house was worn. The location is great but the house is disappointing.

The large square dining table is WONDERFUL and helps make meal time “together time” even for a large group. As others have mentioned, the house needs some basic preventive maintenance and additional repair. Beware the warped stair. The new decking is very nice.

Beautiful house beautiful ocean views

Great stay with 6 adults and 1,2 & 4 year old. I don’t understand some of the negative comments. Everything worked great- 2 fridges, every utensil, dinnerware, and cookware you need. The grill needed cleaning but it worked-you expect it with all rentals. Beautiful views from every room. Beach access was great with an outdoor shower. I do wish they just gave you the access code. You had to stop at the office to get it

Lovely house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to be able to stay for a few weeks in the slow season and had a super time. The location of the house is close enough to town to allow for walking to dinner and the grocery store and it is a nice walk the other direction all the way to the Sullivan's Island cut. If you are very particular the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated might bother you but they are totally fine and in perfect working order so we think it's great. The layout of the house is open and the furniture is just fine- beach house, cosy, not fussy. Island Realty is really great. They are friendly, organized and perfectly responsive when needed.

And much closer to the water than any of the neighboring houses! Spacious living areas with a bonus den upstairs. Kitchen has everything you would need. Balconies off three of the bedrooms for privacy and views. Great location! Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing their age but overall a great place for a memory/filled vacation!

Wonderful home for families

Comfortable Beachfront House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in May, seven adults and a toddler, and we all loved it. Since there are several common areas we never felt like we were crowded and could have a place to be alone if we wanted. Great location -- it's in a very quiet part of the front beach and even at high tide there was plenty of beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces and there are two refrigerators. There was ample, comfortable seating in both the living areas and kitchen table. Seating outside was adequate for eight of us. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is great because parking in the area is limited. This is not a fancy, modern house, but from our standpoint we weren't looking for that -- it was comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed.
