Esta casa es un plano de planta abierto con techos altos y dos niveles de espacio habitable para extenderse. Bien equipado con una cocina completa, parrilla, mesas al aire libre, mesas de picnic, sillas, cañas de pescar, hamacas y más. El dormitorio del nivel principal tiene una cama queen size y hay dos dormitorios principales en el nivel superior. Uno con cama king size y otro con una cama queen size. Esta casa tendrá capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Hay un baño completo en cada nivel y una ducha exterior también. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila, a pocos pasos (menos de 2 cuadras) de la playa. Hay un área privada de tiki debajo de la casa para pasar el rato escuchando música o viendo televisión al aire libre.

The House was truly amazing. Super clean and close to the beach. You can watch sunrises from the second floor balcony. And the Host was very helpful through the whole process. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the spring

Highly recommend!

A short walk to the beach and beer distributor.Very close to restaurants and groceries.The house was updated and clean.The hangout area under the house was perfect when you wanted to hide from the sun and beat the heat. Great outdoor shower.

This is a great place to stay. The walk to the beach is a couple short blocks and there are free parking spaces at the public beach entrance. The house was clean and kitchen was equipped with cooking pans and tools. The carport movie game area was a hit with our family.

Great close vacation spot!

We really enjoyed staying at this place! The owner was very thorough in communication. The place was just as described and the price was very reasonable! Our children loved it there. It was even more convenient with all the toys, chairs, and coolers that were there and we could use. There was even a beach wheeler available. Made our beach trips so much more convenient with the beach wheeler already there. Lastly, the location is amazing! Right by most of the stores, grocery’s, and restaurants. It’s not far from Roanoke Island, which we were eager to visit! Great place!

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect house for our family. It was decorated beautifully. Everyone had plenty of room, there is a well stocked kitchen and TV options and Wifi for downtime. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Close enough to walk to the beach. The lower outside area was perfect for rainy times and night time hangs. We loved this house and would book it again.

Great house and owner

My family really enjoyed our stay here and Diane was excellent at communicating all the necessary information. We had an issue with the a/c dying for a couple days, but Diane and her son remedied it as soon as was realistically possible. The location was great: it felt like we were in a small beach neighborhood, but grocery stores and shopping were still nearby. The house was the perfect size for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was well-stocked, decor was appropriately beach-y, and we had plenty of seating both inside and out. As others have commented, the tiki area was amazing and really made vacation a memorable one. The outdoor shower, laundry area, tv in the tiki area (perfect for Olympics!) were nice. We didn't use any of them ourselves, but all the supplied beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) would be great for families who traveled light. Plenty of games inside as well. Beach access down the street was nice but we only used it to walk over in the evenings, since it wasn't possible to get our cart up the steps. We ended up frequenting a ramp-accessible access point about a mile away instead and it worked great. The one suggestion I'd have is for the downstairs bedroom, where a lack of dresser made clothes storage tricky. Maybe remove the existing decorative shelf and replace it with a functional dresser? Apart from that, all three rooms were great the kids loved having their own bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms. Thank you again.

2nd Family Vacation

This is our second year renting this property with our four adult children. It felt like coming home this year since we were familiar with everything from last year. Location is absolutely wonderful. Short walk to the beach, ABC store and Brew Thru and grocery stores are close by. The cottage is clean and accommodating for our family of 6. We spend a lot of time at the Tiki Bar under the cottage talking drinking and playing games. The hammock makes for a great place for afternoon or evening naps. Diane is so sweet and thoughtful and responds to your every question in a timely manner. We cannot wait for our next vacation together!

Great rental with even better owners

We had a great time during our stay. The house was as advertised. Clean, ideal for our family and close to everything. The owners were very nice and assisted when we had issues. Can't thank them enough for a great week. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!

We spent a week in July 2023 at this cottage and absolutely loved it. The price, location and amenities were perfect for our family of six. The cottage is clean, comfy and convenient to beach, shopping, grocery stores etc. We spent a lot of time hanging out with our adult children in the tiki bar area under the cottage making memories. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here again.

Outer banks vaca

The house was great for our family vacation. The decor was beautiful and fit the home. The tiki room was an added bonus for us. Enjoyed eating and spending time in that room, especially when it was raining. The owner was very responsive to answer questions. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Perfect Getaway for Family of 4

The check-in/check-out instructions were very detailed and made it easy to get our vacation started! The house was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our 2 daughters (ages 10 & 13). The house was just a quick walk to the beach & provided access to chairs and a wagon which was so nice - a few less things I didn't have to pack into the car knowing they were there for our use! Unfortunately we did not have great weather this week, but the lower level was so cute for a hangout and had some fun games too that I wish we were able to take advantage of more! The location is also central to so many things, like Jockey's Ridge dunes, many restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. making it easy for us to host a small dinner with a few family members one evening and to prepare other meals throughout our stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will keep it on our list for future visits to OBX!

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation! We went to the beach, went mini golfing, went shopping, and relaxed. The house was nice and was equipped with games for when we had down time. I loved the layout and decor, and Diane was so friendly and helpful before, during, and after our stay! Such a great place for vacation! Would recommend to anyone going to the OBX!

Great amenities

The house was the cleanest rental property I think I've ever stayed in! Beach was a short walk away, appreciated the proximity to restaurants and conveniences. We had a great week of weather and my family really enjoyed hanging out underneath the house playing the ring toss and laying in the hammock. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
