This first floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located in the heart of the Moorings neighborhood of Naples, just west of Route 41. Located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and all downtown Naples has to offer, everything is quickly accessible by foot, bike, or car.
The outdoor space includes a large pool and hot tub steps from your door, as well as outdoor seating, a grill space, and chickee hut. The condo is situated aback from the pool area, providing a more private and quiet courtyard view.
The indoor space features an oversized comfy sectional in the living room, a recently renovated kitchen, and a large lanai on the first floor with teak wood and wicker furnishings. There are new mattresses and walk-in closets in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, including a blender, ice machine, reverse osmosis water, a toaster, and rice cooker to name a few. Beach equipment and towels are provided. There is also one bicycle and pool floaties available for your use.
The HOA requires an application and background check. Guest is responsible for those fees, which include $120 for the application, and $40 per person for the background check.

We love getting away to share quality family time and enjoy the beauty and fun that Naples has to offer.

I started traveling to Naples in 2015 on a mother-daughter trip and have been back every year since. In 2022, we bought this condo in the Moorings neighborhood because of its close proximity to the beach and downtown, amazing restaurants, and safe neighborhood.

There is truly a peace in this home, particularly on the bright lanai where you can enjoy both plants and animals during the day.
The condo was also furnished for comfort, not just aesthetics. The oversized sectional in the living room is perfect for sprawling out on movie night. And the premium new mattresses in each room are top-of-the-line, so you can be assured of restful sleep.
Of course, the location is near to everything by foot, bike, or car. The tree-lined sidewalks from the condo to the beach allow you to enjoy walks safely and conveniently. We are located just west of 41 only 1.7 miles to the beach, and about an 8 minute drive to downtown 5th Avenue.
The condo was also furnished for comfort, not just aesthetics. The oversized sectional in the living room is perfect for sprawling out on movie night. And the premium new mattresses in each room are top-of-the-line, so you can be assured of restful sleep.
