The space
Relax in this spacious and luxurious beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two bath cottage condo with high end kitchen, designed with everything you’ll need to truly make it your home away from home.

Tastefully decorated and comfortably appointed throughout. The master bedroom features an in-suite with separate jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired.

Don’t want to go out, enjoy quiet nights at dining home with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies and even outdoor grill located on the lanai.

Westerly facing and a very quiet 2nd floor unit, is where you can enjoy sitting out on the lanai watching its sunset views sharing your favorite bottle of wine.

One reserved under cover parking space right outside the unit as well as ample guest parking. High speed internet, Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included giving you the ability to log into any of your streaming services.
Guest access

At first it may seem very confusing, but Naples Bay Club (NBC) or Naples Bay Resort (NBR) are one the same when it comes to your vacation. They both service each other, therefore either reception desk can service all your needs.

NBC is where the Cottages are located and NBR is the marina hotel. NBC is where you will find the pools, gym, tennis courts and NBR is where you find marina activities, kayak rentals etc.

All guests are required, to check-in before you can gain access to the resort amenities. The resort is Cash-Less so you will be required to secure incidental and room charges with a credit card at time of check-In.


It is a very short walk between both areas. The resort does provide golf cart transportation around the complex if you choose not to walk.

Other things to note
The resort fees for the amenities are paid directly to the Resort upon arrival. These fees are separate from the reservation costs. ** Fees are subject to change by Naples Bay Resort**

6/1/2025 - 10/31/2025 - $150 Resort Administration Fee and $50 Daily Resort Fee
11/1/2025 - 5/31/2026 - $250 Resort Administration Fee and $60 Daily Resort Fee
61/1/2026 - 10/31/2026 - $150 Resort Administration Fee and $50 Daily Resort Fee

All Fees, plus tax, are NOT part of the daily rental fee. They are paid directly to the Naples Bay Resort by the guest at Check-Out

Additional cleaning services can be purchased upon request.
