The living area flows seamlessly onto a screened lanai with a triple slider, offering breathtaking water views perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

* Master Bedroom: King-size memory foam bed with luxury linens.
* Cozy Nook: Twin daybed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.
* Two full bathrooms with a hairdryer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

* Fully renovated dream kitchen with every appliance you might need.
* Includes an air-fryer, crock pot and much more.
* Dining area seats four.
* Full coffee bar stocked with a Keurig machine full pot & single serve coffee, K-cups, creamers, and sweeteners.

* In-unit washer and dryer with laundry supplies.
* Beach Gear: 4 chairs, an umbrella, towels, and coolers with ice packs.
* Sports Gear: Pickleball paddles and tennis racquets for use on the property courts.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo. Your vacation begins with easy, contactless check-in using a smart lock with a custom door code provided before your arrival.

For your convenience, an elevator, hotel-style luggage carts, and shopping carts are available for use. Please return them promptly for the next guest.
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Please feel free to reach out to us via the app at any time.
* Rental Agreement: A simple rental agreement is required to be signed for your stay.
* Guest Registration: To ensure your security and resort access, a quick one-time registration at the manager's office is required. We’ve made it easy—we’ll provide your digital parking pass for weekend arrivals so you can head straight to the pool! Guest parking is in the front parking lot just off of Bald Eagle Drive.
* Fishing: If you plan to fish from the docks, a Florida fishing license is required.
* Animal Policy: The complex has a strict no animal policy. If you need to bring a furry friend another complex would be a better option. This is an HOA policy, not ours.
* No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine.
* No Parties: No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum.

Marco Island is all the best parts of the Jersey Shore with warm weather all year! Lot's a great bars and restaurants to immerse yourself into island life. The beaches are amazing, the people are even better!
We love walking to Snook Innor Boardroom Tavern for a great drink!
As soon as we drive over the Jolly Bridge we feel like we have just entered paradise.

The combination of a beautiful view of the Marco River, a quite and respectful community with pools and hot tubs, an completely renovated kitchen a block away from the Boardroom Tavern, Smith House and Snook Inn means a fun and entertaining night is just around the corner.
Where else can you enjoy a quiet afternoon at the pool overlooking the Marco River and cap that off with a walk around the corner to Boardroom Tavern or Snook Inn for a few drinks and live music? Only in Olde Marco and our waterview.
