Muy bien decorado dos dormitorios, dos ba��������os villa en dunas salvajes. Tiene vistas a la piscina complejo y ofrece hermosas vistas del océano! La villa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, con lavavajillas, con nítidas gabinete y encimeras blancas. La sala de estar ofrece un mobiliario confortable con un sofá cama, una televisión de alta definici������n con reproductor de Blu-ray y acceso al balcón privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales con ropa de cama nueva, pisos de madera nuevos, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y comparte un ba����o completo con el salón. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con ropa de cama nueva, un televisor de pantalla plana con un reproductor de VCR / DVD, acceso al balc��n privado, y tiene un baño privado completo con dos lavabos y una cabina de ducha. The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you. The one issue we had was the tv and the internet. We had to reboot the internet several times during the day.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property checks all the boxes. Furniture is rental worn but still functional. Floor coverings are ready for replacement. Coffee pot filters should be triangular, not the common round ones.Beds are comfortable.Shipwatch is oceanfront so all other things are relative.

There was an issue in the master bedroom with the cleanliness/water, and the door did not close properly. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and I had to fix it. The view and neighborhood was amazing. Some of the furniture was dirty.

Comfortable Condo; Frustrating TV/WIFI connections

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo's furnishings and beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept. But we had repeated problems with the TV and its WIFI connection even after a maintenance worker had visited to (temporarily) correct the malfunction. "No connection" was a message we saw on the TV screen regularly, an especially irritating problem during the Winter Olympics!

The proximity to the beach was great and while we wouldn’t recommend this room the other rooms rented were much better. The stove elements worked inconsistently, the microwave door was hard to open, the sink faucet handle was broken, and the showers needed to be cleaned by scrubbing.

Nice but a couple of hiccups

Property was beautiful- and we had a wonderful time; however, condo internet was not good and coffee pots were not cleaned. We chose to go purchase our own coffee pot.

Plenty of family friendly tv channels and a great view of the ocean! There was plenty of parking, and it was very convenient to the elevators. The master shower is very large and there is plenty of counter space. We hope to rent this again next year.

Island Realty and Hurricane Florence

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to evacuate for Hurricane Florence and we were heartbroken about leaving in the middle of our long awaited vacation. When we arrived, Island Realty said they will keep us posted about the hurricane and they did both frequently by email and phone. With the hurricane approaching, they were great about answering the phone and our questions. Island Realty could not have been more helpful or compassionate about helping us after the hurricane with a partial refund. I will always go to Island Realty directly for my beach rental!!! They have wonderful, friendly employees and I love supporting a locally owned company. Thank you Island Realty for handling the Mandatory Evacuation so well.

Great Customer Service but Condo Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication/info from rental company was excellent. Check in was easy. The Condo itself needs major updating. Kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings are old and tired. The internet connection was really bad, kept kicking us off. The Shades in master bedroom were broken as well as screen door. When we pulled dresser back to plug in internet it was very dirty behind all the furniture. On positive side the air conditioning worked really well, the pool on property was nice.Would not stay here again, would rather pay more to be in updated clean hotel.

Restful Autumn Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at Isle of Palms before and did not know what to expect. (Hurricane Helene washed out the normal route between Tennessee and North Carolina, which made our travel interesting.) However, we couldn't have been more pleased with our condo, with Wild Dunes, and with IOP. Our only issue is with conflicting expectations for checkout. We received numerous messages, and the info in the check-in packet was very clear, but the list posted in the condo was different, and the last message had info that wasn't in the others (re: bed linens). I don't think it was a big deal, but all communication should match. We had left for home the evening prior to our checkout day and didn't receive the last message until we were already 2 hours way to fix it at that point. Other than this, we had a fantastic trip.

We couldn't get the wifi to work on any of our streaming services for more than 10 minutes before we were bumped off. We tried everything to get a stronger signal, including taking all of our mobile devices off the wifi, rebooting the Roku remotes/sticks and then rebooting the wifi system. None of the TVs would pick up and hodl the signal. There are no hairdryers in any bathrooms. Renters should know that the washer/dryer are mini-size, not full-size. The lock on the living room slider door to the balcony keeps locking. Maintenance fixed it once but it locked up again. Overall, the condo is nice and in a great location.
