Enjoy relaxing in the pool or hot tub or simply just relax on the patio next to the fire pit. Just a short drive to and from the airport and everything you need is this area including Costco. This unit is perfect for friends and family wanting to relax or explore the area and hiking trails.

Condo was clean and well stocked with most everything you need- coffee, toiletries, TP, paper towels, laundry soap. The only thing we needed to purchase was dishwasher pods. Appliances, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies were all high quality which our group appreciated. Furniture was comfortable and looked new. Everything worked and hot water was plentiful. Condo was well located, near costco and highways. Felt very safe in a gated community. Pool and hot tub were great and we used them during our stay. Host communicated details for stay clearly and concisely. We would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful stay in Phoenix

We are very pleased with our stay in this beautiful, clean, three bedroom condo. Our host, Candy, is easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We enjoyed the updated condo, which was well equipped.

Nice and Roomy

The condo was very pretty, and the photos were very accurate. There was an easy check in/ check out process. We loved it!

We escape the midwest the month of February. Candy was an excellent host! Very prompt communication before and during or stay, happy to help however she could. Gated property, garage right off the kitchen, extremely comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Wonderful house!

We rented this property for a 3-night stay at Thanksgiving while visiting with family in the area. We LOVED the house and location! Things that we particularly appreciated: How quiet the location is; the kitchen is well stocked with equipment; there were plenty of towels and (this sounds like a little thing but it's really appreciated) there was plenty of toilet paper so we didn't have to make a run to the store for more than just one roll in the bathrooms. The house has its own secured garage with an entry into the first floor - really appreciated both for ease of parking and to not have the car sitting out in the sun. We just really enjoyed everything about the house and hope to stay there again!

Definitely coming back!

We booked this to stay during our daughters’ soccer showcase and it was perfect. The location was excellent, space was clean and SO well decorated, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and some games for kids. The pool and hot tub were great. Very clean. Would definitely stay again!

I Love This Space

This is a really great property especially for relaxing. It is beautiful and quiet. We came into town for a 3 day music festival and it was great coming back to a really nice place after each long day.

Our Littel Paradise ...

It is hard to find the right words to describe both the property and the attention from the owner. Both were perfect. The property was beautifully maintained and equiped ... pristine is an understatement. Communication with the owner was extremely prompt and proactive ... and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property ... and we'll be back!!

Fabulous stay in Phoenix!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was as described, and very clean! Pool and hottub were nice, although pool is a bit chilly if you’re coming in the cooler months! Most of the things we did were within a 25-30 minute drive from the unit. We would stay here again!

Paradise Valley

Clean and well appointed townhouse in close proximity to shopping areas. Located in a gated community complete with pool and hot tub on premises. Garage was a nice addition allowing for easy unloading and reloading of personal property. No concerns with our rental.

Excellent Rental

There could be absolutely nothing to complain about. The unit is newly renovated, totally equipped. It is within a totally gated community which is immaculately maintained. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating.

Great Property

We loved this newly renovated property which had everything we needed for our 2 week stay and highly recommend it to others. It's in a safe, quiet, gated community with close access to hwys 101 and 51. Costco and Desert Ridge restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within 5-10 min drive. The beds are very comfortable. There are many nice little personal touches like a milk frother that I wouldn't have expected in a VRBO. Will book this property next time we travel to Phoenix.
