Our home offers a front-row seat to the splendor of the Sonoran Desert, with vistas that are inspiring and restorative. The Phoenix Mountain Preserve offers dozens of trails with panoramic views of the Valley of the Sun. Nestled against its northern edge, our neighborhood is secluded yet centrally located. 2-min drive (10-min walk) to trailhead, 3 min to Piestewa Freeway. 15 min to Camelback Corridor or Desert Ridge. 17 min to Sky Harbor Airport or Downtown Phoenix. 20 min to Scottdale. 10 minutes to Stonecreek Golf Club (a Phoenix "best kept secret").
Guest access to community amenities include: pools, hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts, sauna, and clubhouse. (No extra charge, but requires registration).
Minimum stay: 31 days. This delightful house is a phenomenal retreat for guests seeking a memorable Southwest experience. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, this awesome property offers ample space for everyone to unwind. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax and make yourself at home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high-speed WiFi, central AC/heat, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and Dyson cordless vacuum. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, extra towels, and the shared bathroom has a deep Jacuzzi non-jetted tub. Unwind in the infrared sauna, which comfortably seats up to 4 adults. Additional fitness offerings include yoga mats, a weight lifting bench, some of the lighter weights, as well as pickleball paddles and balls, and a basketball. Outdoor amenities include comfortable seating around a gas fire table, a dining set, sun loungers, gas BBQ and side burner, a large slate counter for food prep that includes outlets for appliances, ample lighting, and a double sink for easy clean-up. Spectacular Property

We had a wonderful stay! The property manager was a joy to work and the place was absolutely beautiful. It had everything needed to make our visit comfortable. We look forward to the opportunity to rent it again.

This home was clean and beautifully decorated with great views. The back yard was also thoughtfully planned with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The home was very well stocked with the essentials needed and we appreciated the labeling of nearly all the light fixtures and fans as well as instructions for the washer/dryer and sauna. Much time was invested to make this home comfortable and easy to live in.We had guests stay with us for a week and everyone was comfortable. Would highly recommend! We have rented many VRBO homes, and this was the best.

We are originally from yes, the square state, Utah, with its glorious mountains and perfect powder skiing. We have lived in the Bay area of California, New York City, then settled in Phoenix 36 years ago. We elected to visit snow not live in it and have experienced enough city living, which we enjoyed, but long term did not want.

Nestled against the Phoenix mountain preserve in a quiet neighborhood, the home is walking distance to with miles of hiking and biking trails. An assortment of great restaurants, groceries, coffee shops within a 4 minute drive. 15 minutes to the airport, about the same to downtown Phoenix with outstanding museums, restaurants, stadiums, art galleries and it's vibrant University vibe.

Our home is in a tranquil setting, designed to bring in light and the outdoors. All but 1 room in the home has an exterior door giving each room lovely views of the desert mountain preserve and access to nature.
