Relaxing and comfortable stay

The unit was perfect for our stay! Plenty of space and everything you could need was provided. The pool was amazing! The location was perfect and the convenience of the shuttle service to get around made it easy as the temps heated up. Thank you Katherine for being the best host I have ever had!!!

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful spring break trip at Tudorland south. The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed! The best part was the wonderful patio right at the pool! We love the area and will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect week at Tudorland!

We had a wonderful week staying at this home with our family. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating and flexible throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, which made traveling with our family so much easier. We had a fabulous time and truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return in the future!

Fun and comfortable vacation

Property was very nice, very close to everything you need. Walkable to all kinds of entertainment and restaurants. The square had a farmers market that was very nice, small grocery close by. Beach area a little crowed but it is peak season. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was beautifully stocked and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. We enjoyed being so close to the pool as we were traveling with kids. We will definitely be coming back to this home.

Location, location, location.

Fantastic property close to everything 30a has to offer. Pool steps away, easy beach access, shopping and food also steps away. Hosts were also fantastic at addressing any needs we had. Great girls getaway to relax, recharge and enjoy.

Beautiful stay at this amazing newly renovated Condo!

We had such a great time and loved this place as our favorite place to stay in Seacrest. The bedrooms were all so comfortable and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had its own bathroom and the large suite had an amazing bathroom, tons of storage and felt very roomy and airy. The location is perfection, literally steps from the pool lagoon and we walked easily to the beach every day but one. Katherine was tremendously responsive from our initial booking to our check out. We do a special trip every year with our five grandchildren from 13 - 19 and this was extra special. We enjoyed the journey and felt so at home the entire time.

Condo was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Communication was great! Easy check-in and checkout. Everything was so close by and this unit was very well stocked. Beach towels stocked well - at least 10 of them. Great utensils and toaster to Keurig coffee pot. Pool is the best along with the beach trams. We didn’t use the bunk room but it was pretty awesome as well.

What a perfect property to stay at in 30A! Perfect walking distance to Rosemary and Alys. The patio being at the pool made it easy for little ones to enjoy and also nap. Home was clean and communication was easy with owners! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be backN

Will exceed your expectations!

I spent my birthday with my family here and the property is BEAUTIFUL! Walking distance to all the shops at Rosemary + Alys Beach. The tram to the beach was so convenient and easy to use and the owner was so easy to get ahold of and sent easy check in instructions and a guide for your stay. If you want an easy and luxurious beach you need to book your trip at this property.

Beautiful condo in walking distance of everything

We stayed in Tudorland South for a wedding we were attending and it could not have been more perfect. We didn’t drive anywhere once we arrived, we walked to restaurants, shopping, drinks in a small little bar we loved. The condo was beautiful, very spacious and had everything we needed and the walkout to that amazing pool was exactly why we chose Tudorland South. Our host was extremely accommodating, we would definitely stay with them again.

We have been staying at the condo for a couple years now, and we absolutely love the location! We have children, so we love being close to the pool. The beach walk is easy! We love the new renovations, and we hope we always leave a clean home for the owners! Thank you for your condo being open to us each year.

Great stay!

This was the 2nd year staying here. We love the comfy feel of this property. We take a girls trip to 30 A quite frequently, 4 ladies. So convenient to everything. Clean and plenty of space. The pool is great - close to the beach access. Great restaurants within walking distance. We had a little hiccup with the door lock ( our fault) Had to call Katherine and she was so nice and help us get things figured out. We will definitely book this great place again. Tammy and friends

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Our stay at Tudorland South was perfect from start to finish. The location is so convenient! We walked to the beach, dinners, drinks, shopping, EVERYTHING! The poolside location made pool time extra easy for additional drinks, lunch, snacks, etc! We loved sitting on the covered patio in the large sectional and casual rockers! The photos don't do the furnishing justice! Everything was pristine! The beds, bedding and towels were pure luxury! We can't wait to go again!

Beautiful, Family-Friendly, & Incredibly Convenient!!!

We had the most incredible stay at Tudorland South! The condo's location is darn near perfect; we were able to access the community pool in our backyard! This made trips back and forth seamless for our family of 6, one kiddo who uses a walker, which made this space even more accessible for us. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, too (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards, cooler). The beach is right across the street and the tram service helped us immensely with our family's needs. We were also able to walk to the Seacrest Beach square everyday, along with Rosemary Beach's, where there is plenty of shopping, coffee options, and restaurants. The condo is very well-maintained and had everything we could possibly need. Katherine was also very easy to communicate with! She responded to a couple emails I had sent leading up to our arrival within minutes of sending them, providing valuable feedback and giving great recommendations for supply rentals for our 7mo baby we had with us. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
