The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa bed, and there is even a full/private office with a futon for additional comfort. The property also offers amenities such as heating, hair dryer, makeup vanity, central AC, iron, office printer & paper, WiFi as well as Netflix is available. The Prime has a fully equipped kitchen with an array of appliances/essentials for all your cooking and dining needs. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub and showers. The location of this rental was fantastic. Easily walkable to many great Philly spots. The Italian market is just a couple blocks away and had this fantastic coffee shop, Anthony’s.The host of this VRBO stocked this place so well with thoughtful items, like make up removers, q-tips, bottled waters, chocolates, etc. Made the stay even better!

Great location! Walking distance to much of city! Great space only issue is when you turn on heat downstairs bedrooms get way too hot to sleep! Older condo for sure .

This was a wonderful house for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the common spaces were perfect. To top it off the location was fantastic for seeing Philadelphia because we could walk the one mile into the city. The host communication was excellent.

Philly friendly

The house is in a great location and parking is easy on weekends. Many amenities provided. Third floor stairs are very steep and not ideal for small children and elderly. Also whole house is nicely decorated, but not child friendly with many glass tables and knickknacks throughout property. There are many safety options provided like outlet covers, a stair gate, and pack and play. Overall would stay there again.

The Prime was our perfect place to stay as it was so close to the rest of Philly. Not only that, but the place itself if absolutely gorgeous and well maintained.

Exceptional host and property; would deserve a 6th star!

It is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores, and surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries (Isgro!). The house was super clean and decorated with a lot of taste. Never too much, but enough to make it pop. It is also really nice to be that central in the city while still having a little bit of outdoor space on the patio and the rooftop. Everything worked as expected; the house was well-equipped, and BP gave it a modern touch with art and vibrant furniture. But what sets this Vrbo apart is the host. BP provided everything we could ever have needed and then some more. In particular, we found everything we needed for our 1-year-old to be safe (bathtub, high chair, gate, etc), our dog to be happy, and our 7-year-old to be entertained. She really went above and beyond in terms of supplies and accessories to make our stay a breeze. And on top of that, communication with BP was super easy. During our exchange, we mentioned we were visiting Philly because of an appointment at the Children's Hospital for our youngest, and not only did BP leave some toys for the kids for us to find upon our arrival, but she also shared some very kind and thoughtful words in her messages. BP is a wonderful host, not because she wants 5-star reviews but because this is who she is. That transpires in the care provided to the house, making it such a welcoming place for its guests.

1 night getaway

My friends and I stayed for 1 night. Very nice area, nice place- as pictured and clean. Small issue with the lights going out in the bathroom but the owner was willing to send someone to fix it right away. We chose not to because we were out until late. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls overnight stay in Philly

This unit was wonderful, we thought. Extremely clean. The host had every amenity you could think of there for you. Tons of sleeping room. Neighborhood was awesome. We went and walked around little Italy Which was close by. Would definitely stay again if needed.

The majority of residents can be seen either walking, jogging or biking to their destinations, which includes multiple shops, restaurants, attractions and fun activities with a nightlife worth experiencing by locals or tourists.

This Townhouse is situated in a Prime location in central Philadelphia where all attractions including Philadelphia City Hall, South Street, Penn’s Landing and Ben Franklin Parkway (famous Rocky statue) are either walking distance or 10 minutes drive. Please let us not forget the popular theaters….Wlma, Miller, Walnut Street Theater & Kimmel Theater to name a few. Sport and concert stadiums are also in close proximity to The Prime for all you team and performer chasers/supporters.
