Gail and David were wonderful hosts! The house was very well equipped and everything was clearly labeled. The backyard is very private and felt secluded despite having neighbors on all sides. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine beach and the downtown area. It was only a 15-20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. This is what we wanted and part of why we chose to stay there. The game room entertained our 12 year old son all week and having all of the bicycles was a nice bonus. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a nice welcome snack package as well. Very thoughtful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! Our group included six people—my wife and I, our two kids, and my in-laws—as well as our two dogs, and the home accommodated everyone comfortably.The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The pool and spa were a huge highlight for our family—we spent a lot of time relaxing there.Another standout feature was the game room. We spent a ton of time in there playing games together, laughing, and just enjoying each other’s company. It really added to the experience and gave us a chance to bond as a family, which made the trip even more special.The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself was outstanding—beautiful sand, not crowded, and incredibly peaceful. We were lucky enough to catch three gorgeous sunrises during our stay, which was a memorable experience.We also took a day to visit the historic district in St. Augustine, which was a great addition to an already relaxing trip.The host was excellent—very informative, responsive, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.This was exactly the kind of relaxing vacation we were hoping for, and we would absolutely come back again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Host, Gail, was very good at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. We had our pups with us, as we often do. This place was a dream for them. Front patio has a built in "doggy" gate. Backyard is completely fenced with a little dog run thats fenced separately but attached and accessible from the backyard. Indoor stairs between the levels were great too. Covered patio, screened patio and 2 balconies mean lots of outdoor options.This place was so well stocked and organized. every cabinet was labeled. 3 different coffee making tools and 2 different tea pots along with pods, bags for each to give an idea what level this is on. GREAT place for ppl w pets or families. but you need to do stairs which ours dogs loved.

We had a wonderful stay in this great home with a beautiful outdoor space. The home is comfortably furnished and beachy. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed long walks on the beach in the morning that we accessed in just a few minute walk. The home is a short ride to restaurants and attractions. My teens spent hours playing the pop shot in the garage play room. The pool and hot-tub were fantastic. Overall, a perfect place for us for the week!
