A solo una milla de la Universidad de Oregón, Meadow View es perfecto para visitar la U de O. Tan cerca del campus, pero en un barrio residencial encantador y tranquilo. La propiedad Meadow View está al otro lado de una hermosa sabana de roble que hace 50 años era la parte trasera de 9 hoyos del campo de golf Laurelwood y hoy es un parque sin desarrollar. La calle es de un carril y termina a 6 puertas de Meadow View, donde comienza el sistema Ribbon Trail de la ciudad, una joya para corredores y caminantes. Además de su proximidad a la Universidad, Meadow View está a pocos minutos del Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Hendricks Park, restaurantes y el centro de la ciudad.

Brillante y espaciosa, la suite principal tiene un ambiente limpio y moderno y está recientemente remodelada con una lujosa cama king size, cocina de alta eficiencia y baño nuevo con bañera grande. Con una entrada privada y un patio privado, se sentirá como en su propio refugio mientras sea un huésped aquí.

Great location for OU and Outdoor Activities

We stayed for 3 nights and loved being at this amazing home! 2 of the nights we brought dinner back to the house so we can enjoy the incredible back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee! The home itself is gorgeous- beautiful natural light envelopes the front room. Being close to hiking is a bonus! We love this home- it was our second stay!

Beautiful house, Great Yard, Great Location, Perfect Host.

Great place to stay, Dralyn was very gracious and helpful in explaining everything about the house. It was perfect for our stay. Back yard was very relaxing. Close to everything we needed. It was great being able to grill out and just be peaceful in this oasis near the city.

Super comfortable relaxing home

Dralyn is a warm and welcoming host. The space is relaxing and very ‘zen’. The property was perfect for our small family visit for graduation. It’s closer to campus than I originally thought! The garden in the back is gorgeous, and the hot tub a nice amenity. Great location, super close to track and field and basketball events. Close to great restaurants on the south side of campus like hey neighbor (pizza), agate alley (pub food), bakery, ice cream shop. Two blocks to local golf course. We took advantage of a short hike to the Ribbon trail just outside the front door. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and Safe

The location was great in relation to the university and a good neighborhood in the foothills. The room is close to local trails and great views of the hillside and setting sun. In addition, the interior was clean and well kept. Our selection of the place was due to the absence of carpet and a clean looking living area. The room is connected to a house and had the feeling of being really close to others. We were conscious of noise and maintained a low volume while in the room. There was a private entrance in the back. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. We would recommend to travelers that are looking for a low key experience.

Peaceful respite overlooking park

Restful. Quiet. Next to vigorous wooded trails and a hilly but moderate walk to a few shops. The owner included lots of graceful touches. Would return!

Wonderful place to stay in Eugene

Dralyn's Master Suite is in a beautiful part of Eugene, not too far from the University of Oregon and across the street from a wooded hiking trail. The Suite is spacious and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Dralyn is a responsive and welcoming host. We highly recommend it and definitely would consider staying here during future visits to Eugene.

Lovely setting, lovely dwelling

What a comfortable, well-appointed cottage in a perfect location. The Ribbon Trail is out the front door, local coffee houses and bakeries are within walking distance, the golf course is close by and it is a very quiet, peaceful setting. The cottage is delightful and the location is ideal. Dralyn is a very responsive, thoughtful host. We will stay again!!

Clean, convenient and serene.

This is my second visit to Dralyn’s property. I enjoy it for its convenient and serene location. The studio is beautifully designed and very clean. Dralyn provides coffee and breakfast foods and is quick to respond to inquiries. The studio is adjacent to open space so that outdoor strolls and hiking are just a step away. I will continue to return to this awesome property.

Best place to stay in Eugene!

My husband and I spent 3 nights in the small cottage in back and it was just perfect for us. It was clean, very comfortable and the small kitchen allowed us to go to a local grocery store and stock up for quick and easy breakfasts in the mornings. There's a pretty yard area outside the cottage with a table and chairs where you can eat meals or have your morning coffee. I'm a very light sleeper and it was SO quiet and so much better than staying in a hotel. Dralyn was such a conscientious host and checked in with us more than once to be sure we were comfortable. The location could not be better. Walking distance to trails and a short drive to some really great places to eat. I definitely know where we will be staying when we return to Eugene!

Great place to relax

My husband and I stayed here when we went to the Oregon Country Fair. We had not been to the fair previously and didn't know what to expect. What an event! We were there from opening until closing for three full days and therefore really appreciated being able to come back to this comfy spot. It was delightful to sit outside in the little garden with a glass of wine. I loved the tiny lights around the garden in the evening. The space itself is not large, but it has everything you could want excluding a full kitchen. The bed is big and super comfy. The shower is amazing. The most powerful shower I have ever had. Literally. While we didn't relax inside on the couch or watch t.v., that area was really pleasant and nicely appointed. Dralyn was also at the fair so we only saw her once at the home, but she was very friendly and welcoming. Eugene seems to be a nice town with plenty of amenities. The university nearby this area provides a good vibe as you drive to the home. The home feels a little away from the city, which is appealing, but really, it's just a five minute drive to be back to shops and whatnot. This is a great spot to stay while you do whatever it is that brings you to the area.

Perfect little cottage

This little cottage is super private, in a surprisingly rural area within the city. Beautiful field across the street leads to walking trails, and it's an easy 30 min walk to the center of UO campus. The cottage is very clean, well-appointed, and has everything you need. The hosts are remarkable in their responsiveness and willingness to help with anything you need. Highly recommended

Meadowview is PERFECT in every way!

We enjoyed 2 nights at Dralyn's lovely Meadowview cottage and found it about as close to perfect as possible. A slight change in our original plans was easily handled by the owner, with a refund without any question. The one-room studio was luxurious and spacious, with a well thought out plan, exceeding all our expectations. Tea, coffee, cream, yummy oatmeal, yogurt and even treats for breakfast. Flowers and a lovely garden greet you as you pass thru the red gate. Well stocked kitchen and an incredible bathroom were an added bonus. Unusually warm in Eugene during our stay, but a small air conditioner kept us cool & sleeping on the luxurious bed was a dream! We travel regularly and found this little gem exceeded all our expectations. But the best part was meeting Dralyn - she is warm & helpful but not overly so as some hosts can be. Five stars for sure and we will be returning often.

Country Charm in the City

This place has everything - comfort, tasteful decorations, nice amenities, lots of light, a private patio and a host who is friendly and responsive. The setting, with views of open land and trees in the front and a beautiful garden in the back, is very peaceful and relaxing, but it’s right in the city. The suite has become our Eugene “home” over the past few years and we love it!

Utterly amazing, magical and cozy getaway

Located in a little enchanted nook of Eugene, this place is definitely worth your consideration. Close to the university and all the things Eugene has to offer, but across the street from a jogging trail and woods that are nestled on the backside of a beautiful golf course, the local wildlife come out to play quite often with deer in the fields at night and the occasional hummingbird zooming by during the day. I stayed in the cabin behind the house, and it was an utter delight. Full kitchen and half fridge, with a great interior and lovely bathroom. Ideal for one or two people wanting to get away from it all. Land owner completely respectful of privacy and a wonderful person to deal with. Highly, highly recommended!

Another great stay!

Stayed in the cottage two years ago and we looked no where else when we made a return trip to Eugene. The cottage is great, quiet place, the best nights sleep I had gotten in a long time. The Cottage is at the edge of town, but centrally located to be able to get to the university quickly! Next time we are in Eugene we will be staying again! Thanks Dralyn!

Cute, cozy and private

Not knowing the area well, we really did not know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, my wife and I were smiling at our choice to stay here. It is a converted art studio that had been remodeled. It is very roomy with a lot of charm. The studio is located very close to the university and many eateries in the area. We will be coming back for sure.

Beautiful property & great location

Our daughter was getting married in Springfield Oregon so we decided to look at hotels and rental homes for our trip. Once we saw Dralyns property that not only offered a master suite but also a separate cottage we knew we found the right place. Dralyn was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The rentals were clean, roomy, peaceful and located in a great area of Eugene. It was such a relief being able to concentrate on preparing for the wedding and knowing at the end of the day we were able to retreat to such a beautiful place. Thank you Dralyn and we look forward to staying again on our next trip to the area.
