This amazing completely renovated 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit is located at Palm Beach Condo’s, directly on Simpson Bay Beach.
This fully air-conditioned unit offers a comfortable living room, with open floor plan kitchen. The bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Kick back on the covered terrace, reading a good book, listening to the waves crashing on the beach, or grill on the BBQ for a relaxing dinner.
Palm beach is very conveniently located in Simpson Bay, here you will find beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Palm beach offers you a large common pool and private access to the beach.
Enjoy your day on the beach, at the pool or go on an adventure on our beautiful island!

Condo was very nice and its location was on one of the best beaches in St. Martin. However….it’s right next to the airport runway so noise and jet fumes were terrible! The floor would vibrate from the larger planes taking off. Some people staying there were not bothered but I would not return to that location for that reason.

Lovely Property

Great location & property (both the pool area and the unit itself). Many amenities making the stay easier (able to do laundry if needed). I was there as a single female and felt completely safe staying there. Pictures are very accurate. I have been to St. Martin many times and would stay here again for a future trip.

I highly recommend this unit. It provided more than we expected, including coffee, milk, eggs, bread, butter and jam. It also had washer and dryer with laundry soap. Beautiful unit and grounds close to everything and where we wanted to be. Ruth and Cherise were a joy to deal with and so very accommodating. I’m truly happy of our stay here and will certainly come back.

We enjoy getting a car for a day to just drive the island to explore the many beaches to look for sea glass, find a new place to stop for a refreshing drink, a quick snack and conversation with local people to get a suggestion of a new place to explore. Your time here passes quickly and you will start to count the days till you can return!
