The Beach Condo, located in Palm Beach Apt. complex is a completely newly renovated 2 bedroom condo right on Simpson Bay Beach. Equipped with all amenities, this is your ideal tropical luxurious getaway. Enjoy the sunrise on the porch and sunny days in the pool or on beautiful white sand Simpson Bay beach.

A brand new, fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area and two king size bed-bedrooms with individual bathrooms give you all the space you need for a retreat in the Caribbean.

Lounge on the porch, swim in the pool or live it up on the beach, it's all right there for you to enjoy.

Located on the ground floor, in the gated apartment complex of palm beach, this luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway for family vacations and traveling friends.

Christmas vacation

This condo was everything as advertised and more! We were steps from Simpson Bay with the pool in the middle. We had all the necessities of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. Each room had an individual a/c unit and cooled off quickly after a day out and about. We were central to everything and with our car rental were able to get everywhere on the island within 30 minutes. We hope we’re able to stay here again soon!! Such a great place! Thank you!

By far best vacation rental we have stayed in. The condo was spotless and fully equipped. Truthfully the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially that we were travelling with small children. The complex was quiet and safe and on the most perfect beach. We were steps from the sand every day. We are planning our return :)

This was our 2nd time to SXM and our 2nd time to stay in Simpson Bay. Roel’s condo is beautiful, clean and new. The lay out is great, as it has 2 pretty big master suites with nice bathrooms and lots of closet space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and all the appliances are stainless and brand new. Both king size beds and the pillows are very comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer to be able to wash our towels in. The grounds of the condo are beautifully manicured and the flowers are amazing. The pool was quiet and clean and very few people were there. We felt extremely safe and liked that there was a security guard that watched the property. The beach front location is great and so close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. We absolutely loved our 10 days here and highly recommend it. Roel went out of his way to answer all of our questions and to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again Roel, you are a wonderful host! Until next time…SXM❤️

Perfect Location & a Great Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Condo in Simpson Bay. It was the perfect location. Within 5-15 minutes walking distance to all of the fun restaurants. Even though this condo is next to the airport since there aren't any flights super early or late it didn't bother us at all. Roel was there to check us in and helped us figure out the TV and asked if there was anything else we needed. Everything was great! Perfect condo for 2 couples as we each had our own en-suite plus the 1/2 bathroom/laundry room. It was nicely decorated and had all of the kitchen dishes/supplies you need to make any at home meals. Bath towels, beach towels are also provided. The condo is on the first floor, so no stairs and you can walk right out to the pool area or on to the beach. They had an outdoor shower area to get the sand off your feet if you took a walk on the beach. Not sure if I'd say the beach area was really swimmable, but it is a nice beach with beautiful views. Roel had beach chairs, pool noodles and a small cooler if you wanted to go to the beach onsite or one of the other many beautiful beaches that St. Martin has to offer. All 4 of us that stayed here all said that we would absolutely rent this unit again. You won't be disappointed with the unit or the location. Everything was in great condition and we didn't have any issues.

Great trip in Simpson Bay Beach

A renovated unit in a small complex with community pool. The unit is very well equipped and the pool is almost always empty (during the duration of our stay). The location is great with the ocean a few feet away and with a rental car the whole island is wonderful to explore. Roel is a great host who is attentive and extremely accessible if any issues arise. A great vacation!

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you Roel for being a wonderful host! The property and condo were beautiful. Newly renovated and extremely clean. The pool area is lovely and quiet. Everything you could possibly need while on vacation is here. Roel is great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was great having beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler to take with us to the beach. The island is beautiful and we hope to return one day!

Beautiful spacious apartment

The apartment was beautifully presented and emaculate. We loved our stay, lovely pool area and right on the beach with a short walk to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely perfect stay in a great place. Beautiful beachfront plus pool and an updated condo. Host had extra amenities/touches to make guests feel super welcome. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if it’s available, simply outstanding.

Just a fantastic spot. great layout with two big bedrooms and large comfortable Livingroom and kitchen area. Right on the beach in a gated community with all the amenities and large pool. What else could you want?
