Esta casa adosada de inspiración elegante costera tiene 4 dormitorios, 4 baños y está a solo unos pasos de la playa y toda la diversión y las comodidades que ofrece South Beach, desde restaurantes, tiendas, tenis, el puerto deportivo y mucho más. La unidad acaba de pasar por una hermosa renovación de arriba a abajo, que incluye muebles nuevos, pintura, ropa de cama, accesorios y arte, lo que hace que esta casa adosada grande y espaciosa se sienta como una casa de playa justo a la salida de Coastal Living Magazine.

En la planta baja, en el primer piso, encontrará un estudio con un televisor grande montado en la pared, un sofá cama Queen y puertas de vidrio corredizas que conducen a un patio con una ducha al aire libre. Además, en este nivel hay un dormitorio de invitados con 2 Queens, un televisor de pantalla plana y un control deslizante que conduce a un patio de ladrillos. Un baño completo en el pasillo es accesible tanto para el dormitorio como para el estudio.

El segundo piso tiene una sala de estar abierta y espaciosa con otro televisor grande de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Excellent Location and recently updated condo, really nice

We had 12 people in the condo and this layout was very spacious with 3 floors and plenty of room for all of us to sleep, lounge and play. Updated and beautiful on the inside. You'll love the location and views also. Quick 2 minute walk to the beech and we saw deer daily by the condo.

Great vacation getaway

We absolutely loved this villa & the location! It comfortably slept 6 adults and 3 kids. It was such an easy walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the second balcony. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen & the beach towels provided was an added bonus. We enjoyed bike rides, dolphin watching, and the short walk to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend & hope to visit again soon!

It was well stocked and relatively comfy. I’ve never stayed near the sound before and it’s quiet compared to the ocean side. If you’re looking for a real private beach experience this is a great place to stay. The biggest downside is the drive in and out of the resort to get to anything you need or want to do. But that’s the price you pay for seclusion and peace. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect for family

The only problem is the beautiful lights over bar would blink when turned on. Should be checked Perfectly beautiful decor . I am 74 so the steps were hard on me. But lovely place.

Perfect location, beautiful villa!

This villa was everything the description said it was. It was very clean, well maintained inside and out and close by to shops, restaurants, walking and biking trails and of course the beach. We saw deer in the back yard as well as several dolphins swimming close to shore. There were bicycles and beach chairs available for our use. The management company was excellent to work with providing all the information we needed well in advance in an easy to use app. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect location

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. It was away from the crowds, but easily accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. It has a very short easy walk to the beach or the pool. We watched the beautiful sunsets every night. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and spacious. Room for everyone to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only concern would be the number of steps in the villa. It was not a problem for us, but may be if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends!

Comfortable, but needs significant improvements

Bathrooms, lighting, and kitchen need to be updated. The upstairs carpet is badly stained. This unit is overpriced for the condition it’s in. I would not recommend or rent this unit again.

Short getaway

Nice location with access to outlets, grocery store, restaurants and the beach. It was enough room for a family of 8 with 3 kids. Also nice view of the sound in the backyard.

Annual Family Trip to HHI

Property was very nice and fit our family of 8 adults well. Well furnished and nicely decorated. Only issue was washer was filled with mold. Party member is allergic to mold. Needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Beautiful, with a lot of room for a small family reunion.

First let me say the view from the condo was very amazing. The condo was a great place for the 3 couples to visit . We each had our own floor. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we spent too much time inside. The DVD player was not and there were no cables to hook it up. I had sent a mess using the chat app ask me if there was a usable fireplace and they said yes there is a fireplace. But unfortunately my husband was very disappointed, especially with especially with the weather it would have been nice to have a working fireplace to cuddle up to. A condo location at the end of the end of the island is inconvenient that takes too long to get off the property. But all and all, we had a great time. The local Community was very friendly and very helpful.

Great location - comfy home

This property is in a great location with a walk out to the Calibogue Sound with dolphins galore. It is a short walk to the Salty Dog cafe and the local shops. The unit is updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful, relaxing, refreshing, laid-back, comfortable, FUN!!!!!

We fished, kayaked, danced, cruised, visited friends and family, cooked together, dolphin watched, cast nets for shrimp, ate shrimp, sang, toured Daufuskie Island, sampled wine, shopped, basked, walked, biked, collected shells and pine cones, bird watched, named a heron Henry, and fed Henry fish that we caught.

we loved it!

We were very happy with the villa. The location was perfect and the layout of the villa worked beautifully for our family. The furnishings were something I would have chosen for my own home! I especially loved the lower level and outdoor shower. My only change would be to put a queen size bed in the bedroom off the kitchen in place of the two twin sized beds. But we loved our time in HHI and plan to return!

Great Kid-Centered Vacation

The condo was exceptional. It was ready on time, very clean, and felt welcoming. There was easy beach access and a bike rental shop very close. The Salty Dog shops were a short walk or ride just across the street, and there was loads of kid activities there. A successful vacation!
