Love this house!

We’ve stayed at this villa before and it just keeps getting better. Great location (approx 10 minutes to ferry dock), great views with easterly breezes making the veranda and pool deck an amazing place for morning coffee, casual lunch or evening cocktails. The pool was clean and had a sitting ledge. A great place to cool down and relax. The house now also has trash service with a bin near the driveway so you don’t have to drag your trash to one of the dumpsters near town. Overall it was an exceptional place for our visit.

Caribbean Palm Villa - Amazing Experience

This was our first visit to St. John and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The Caribbean Palm Villa was amazing. The villa is so beautiful and well maintained. Each bedroom was a good size with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The outdoor showers were so fun and the kids loved them. It has plenty of covered outdoor space with an amazing view and a great indoor/outdoor music setup, including a portable speaker for when the kids wanted to listen to different music. It has every amenity you can think of and it was great having all the information we needed on the iPad - my husband could not stop raving about the toaster (of all things,lol) and the kids loved having the ice machine. It is in a quiet area, but is very easy to get to everything on the island. I only wish we could have stayed longer as this is one of our favorite places we have stayed.

Beautiful home base in St. John

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this home. The size is perfect - we used every bit of the space which includes 3 large en suite bedrooms with comfortable beds, high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large bathrooms with beautiful materials throughout and outdoor showers with amazing views. The main floor is a large, open space, with high vaulted local wood ceilings, beautiful stone floors, a chef's kitchen, plenty of seating for both lounging and eating. The outdoor space is truly special - a constant breeze to keep the temperature down, beautiful brick flooring, plenty of covered space, a perfect pool, and everything with a spectacular view. We spent tons of time enjoying the outdoor space - workouts, games, swimming and tanning, meals, and just sitting in the comfortable furniture enjoying the breeze and views. We would return to this home again and again - we loved doing so when returning from our daily excursions in and around St. John. The only minor nits - the dated TV and console in the living room - could use a larger mounted TV. Maybe some under-mount lights under the kitchen cabinets. Beyond those, this place is incredible and the team was responsive and great to work with.

Thanksgiving vacation

The villa was as advertised. Incredible views, and the house itself was beautiful and comfortable. The owners/managers were very helpful getting us there and the whole visit went off without a hitch. We hope to return some day. Highly recommend.

Just incredible!!

We had an amazing stay at Caribbean Palm Villa! The property is absolutely beautiful as are the views of Fish Bay below. The house was spotless, and the bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable, and there were an assortment of pillows from firm to soft. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus as it allowed us to pack lighter for the trip. I can’t say enough good things about Denise the home owner and Dan and Megan the property managers. They made everything so easy! We can’t wait to return!!

Spring Break

Great house in a great locations. We have visited St.John many times over the years and stayed in a number of houses from Chocolate Hole to Coral Bay. Caribbean Palm is one of the best of the bunch. The house is very well laid out and well equipped. The views are amazing. The proximity to Cruz Bay makes it ideal for going to restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, shopping, and accessing boat charters. We had an excellent trip.

Couldn’t be happier. Immaculate, beautiful home just as described. Even down to the things you don’t usually think about like cookware and sharp knives. Loved the sunrise and shade in the afternoon after a beach day. Highly recommend!!

Rendezvous delight!

If there was a higher rating, I would have checked the box. We booked this home almost a year ago for a winter retreat from the cold temperatures! And it was spectacular in EVERY WAY! From the accommodations, the view, the layout of the house, the outdoor patio space and the personal service from Dan and his team! World class all the way. Rest assured if you need anything, the team is focused on ensuring your experience is top notch! We traveled around the island for 2 weeks. It was fun to come home to this view and location. As we looked around, we didn’t see anything that compared. It is without hesitation we highly recommend you book this property.

Impeccable home

This property is a really easy to get to section of fish bay and has an amazing view. Check in is a breeze. The home is absolutely impeccable and each of the three offered bedrooms is awesome. A luxury home with anything you might need to enjoy your stay in St. John.

Impressive

This property was a pleasure to stay at. A very private location with 3 large bedrooms with en suite baths. Susan the property manager was extremely pleasant and although we did not need to, I felt confident that she would have taken care of any problems if they had occurred. Thank you very much for everything, and I'm thankful I will not have to waste time searching for somewhere to stay when we return to St John.

Best Villa - it's that simple

My wife and I have rented about 10 villas in the past 10 years in STJ. We've always been looking for the next best villa. Our search is over having stayed at Palm Villa. The house far exceeded our expectations, and I was concerned that mine were too high going in - they were not, the house is amazing. The breeze to keep no-see-ums at bay, the view all the way to Ram Head, the proximity to Cruz Bay restaurants, not to mention the house itself is exceptional. Unless this house is rented when we next go to STJ, I won't stay somewhere else. As said above - it's the best villa.

Best Vacation!!

Can't say enough about the Caribbean Palm Villa. Often pictures of rentals seem to be staged to make it look bigger, etc. but we were all blown away that this place was all that the pictures showed and more! It was very roomy and the house manager met us at the ferry, we followed her to the house where she showed us around and everything was just fabulous. We didn't have any issues but a couple of questions during our stay and she responded immediately. HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing Villa - Pictures Don't Do it Justice!

Amazing breeze, great view, and super close to Cruz Bay which is amazing as well. Everything was clean and high end. You will not regret your stay here at all, do it!

Very Nice

The villa is very pretty and overlooks the bay. The onsite manager, Dan, couldn't have been more wonderful helping with issues in the house that had to be addressed. Unfortunately there were things the owner was unwilling to help us with, therefore we were somewhat uncomfortable. The house is in a very breezy area (of course that's just the island) but this meant we needed blankets. The rooms only had a thin cover and we were told by the manager that we shouldn't need blankets. With the wind and some broken hinges, it was hard to sleep with the windows open. Even if we did, it was quite chilly. We ended up buying sweaters in town. The outdoor showers had very little pressure meaning we had very cold, uncomfortable showers .They have very big shower heads which would be great were there less wind (again - this is St. John - not blaming owners for wind) but with low pressure, there should be smaller shower heads. The villa is beautifully furnished inside and out. The grill was terrific and we were able to cook some very good meals once Dan bought us pots and pans. The pool is very pretty. The beds are very comfortable (great pillows). Parking is easy. Location is great - not too far from town. If they change the shower head and provide blankets, this will be a very nice place to stay. Property could not have been better~ wonderfully appointed, spacious, tremendous views and quality, attention to detail throughout! Denise, the owner, was responsive and so helpful. We will definitely hope to stay again in the near future!
