One of St John's most popular rental homes, this 4-bedroom Villa is perfect for your escape. Each bedroom is identical, featuring a king bed and large ensuite with a large, private bathroom, offering guests plenty of space to relax. Equipped with linens, towels, hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, convenience is never far away. Each bedroom stays cool and refreshing thanks to separate air conditioning units. The bedrooms step out onto their own upper and lower decks; ideal for watching the sunset or enjoying an early cup of coffee. Inside the main open-air living space you'll discover a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind and recharge. With a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, and appliances, the space is perfect for large groups or to hire a chef for the evening. The living space has two sitting areas, one adjacent to the kitchen and one overlooking the beautiful landscape and pool. There is a washer/dryer off a side hallway along with a half-bathroom. Downstairs below the upper deck you'll find a grill for guest use. Wireless internet is available throughout the Villa and there is a television in the main living area. Solar power as of August 2026!

Host was very helpful and responsive. House was great for our family. Beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great pool and landscaping, wonderful view and the common space was just what our group needed to have family dinners, movies and games. We only had an issue with the dryer but owner responded quickly to issue. Great week.

Multi Family Getaway

We had a great stay! Location was very convenient to Cruz Bay. Views of the harbor were amazing - unbelievable sunsets! Plenty of room for 2 families of 4 to stay. Very good communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Getaway

This property was the perfect size for our group of 7. It’s in a beautiful private area and we truly appreciated the view from the upper balcony! The 4 bedrooms were clean, and it was so nice that each couple had a private bathroom. The beaches and gorgeous blue Caribbean waters of St. John are amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

St. John get away

We loved this property. The house was very spacious for the eight of us. The pool was great after a long day at the beach . Very close to town for dinner at the great restaurants. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Villa Colorado 💯

Villa Colorado was perfect for our group! We loved the bedrooms with private bathrooms, plenty of space for quiet time when needed. The pool is one of the best we’ve seen! The kitchen was well equipped and the living/dining area was great! We will definitely plan a return trip to Villa Colorado.

Absolutely amazing experience with the property and management .

The property was located in an ideal location in order to get to local beaches, shops and Cruz bay. The view was amazing and the property was very private and well maintained. The management company was outstanding and responded to anything we needed immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property.

3rd time at Villa Colorado

Can go wrong with the location to Cruz Bay. The 4 King bedrooms with their own on suite is so convenient. The drive to the villa is so convenient and not like a lot of other villas with steep drives. You can’t go wrong with this villa!

Loved EVERYTHING about this house!

Sunset views from the pool were my favorite! Fully equipped home, all open air, 4 equal size rooms (awesome) and conveniently located. We took a taxi several times from the house - very convenient. We are already talking about coming back. Loved it!

Just to clarify for people, the great rooms is an open air design, but of course, the bedrooms have the option to be closed and air conditioned. We hope you get to come back soon *** UDPATE 4/1/2020 - We have screened in the Great Room to allow the breeze to still blow through and let the views in.

A wonderful Christmas in St. John!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We have 5 adult children, ages 18-25, and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool and property were beautiful, private and peaceful. Loved our walks around the neighborhood. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! It had everything we needed. A perfect vacation, can’t wait to go back!
