Brand New 5 bed/6bth Pool home w-115ft of dockage - available with 2 more homes

This house is brand new and never been lived in. Just started to be rented in 4/2024. Be one of the first to stay in this 5 bedroom 6 bath pool home. Discounts for 2024 because it is new to the rental market. This home and the two next to it are available to rent together for a total of 15 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. Booking family reunions, weddings and corporate retreats.
Start with the brand new high end appliances, washer and dryer set upstairs and down . Wine fridge, food pantry, large island for party prep. outdoor gas grill ready for the family cookout.
Living room has an 85" smart TV. Each bedroom has a 50" smart TV. 300bps internet service.
The home is built to hurricane standards. It is very sound and quiet when the doors and windows are closed. Plenty of off-street parking for trailer and cars.
New Jacuzzi, Heated pool (at no extra charge), sun shade over part of the pool This house was built with the vacation rental program in mind. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, with a half bath off the main room. There is an upper and lower deck spanning the entire width of the home. Beautiful open water views and a wonderful sunset view from the property. 3 of the bedrooms upstairs have sliders open to the patio.
This house boasts 115ft of deep water dockage. The home is located less than 1000 ft from the public boat launch, so this is the most convenient vacation rental for boaters in all of Marathon.
I personally love key west when i was in my 20s... Marathon is where i like to be. I have owned vacation rentals in Marathon since 2005. I rented vacation homes from others here before 2005... and was always disappointed in the condition of the homes. I thought... "I can do better".

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week at the house! It held a family of 10 perfectly. So comfortable and well appointed. Dock space was wonderful and well protected for our boat. Such a wonderful week, thank you so much!

Our family has been vacationing in Marathon for the past 23 years and our kids said this was the best stay they have ever had in the Keys. The house is perfectly laid out and comfortable. The communication and hospitality during our visit were exceptional. Ages 1 thru 73 were perfectly accommodated. The check-out process could not have been easier. We will definitely be utilizing this property for years to come.

This was the very best choice we’ve made for a stay in the Keys!!! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed! We loved the kitchen and the dockage as perfect for our rented boat and for the kids The host Jessi is extremely attentive and absolutely focused on ensuring a serene experience. She is truly amazing.We will be back, thank you for the most EPIC week!!!

Marathon Island House

We loved our time in Marathon for this year’s spring break. The house was the perfect size and we loved the location on the water. Watching the sunsets from the back porch was one of our favorite activities! We definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning the the Keys in the future!

great place with great sunsets and water views

The property was very nice ! Right on the water you can fish and bring your boat to dock right at the house . In a very nice lagoon. The house has a lot of room for 5 couples .Large bedrooms and private baths for each one . The area had some great restaurants and bars close by so you did not have to travel far to get to them. I would recommend this house as a great vacation spot .

50th Group Birthday Trip

We had 10 of us from different parts of the country met here to celebrate 3 of us turning 50. The house was absolutely amazing! We were close enough to do anything we wanted to do but still enjoyed pool time and cooking at the house. Highly recommend!

Amazing Week

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect. The pool got sun pretty much all day and the views were really nice! The family/dining/kitchen area was huge and gave us plenty of room. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom which was really nice as well. Huge decks and plenty of seating. Communication was great and minor issues that came up were taken care of right away. We hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful escape to Marathon!

The house is immaculate, the host and management are kind and responsive, and location is close to all that Marathon has to offer (with open ocean access in minutes, if we had brought a boat). We were traveling with extended family and young adult cousins, so 5 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom - was integral. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we can’t wait until the next time we can go back. Thank you for making our family reunion memorable, comfortable, and fun!!!

Mini Season 2024

The home was nice and spacious for the entire family, everyone having their own bathroom was a plus! The dock does need ladders to help get in and out the boat but being a new rental I’m sure they are working on it. Pool area was nice and relaxing with great entertainment watching boaters at the ramp. As for the property manager Jessi she was great and went above and beyond with our needs.

Beautiful place w/ dock and pool

House was brand new and perfect! Clean! Each room had its own bathroom. Public boat ramp right next door to launch boat! Plenty of parking for boats and cars! We spend a wonderful week there with friends. Definitely come back another time. Only suggestion I have about dock, since it’s brand new. It’s a huge step (4’) off boat unto dock. Installing a ladder would be great! Thanks for letting us use your house! Definitely book again

Virgin home.

This is a brand new home and everything was great. We have rented a number of 5, 6, & 7 bedroom homes in the Keys, and this one had the best kitchen - dining - family room relationship we have seen. Well stocked kitchen and lots of cabinets. with kitchen tools and There were a few construction punch items, but they were corrected in minutes, not days. Long, deep water dock next to small public boat launch. However, with no trailer parking for public launch area and lots of mangroves in the right spots, the launch disappears from sight and has minimal neighborhood use. Never had any boat wake. Very protected harbor for your boat. There is no "master bedroom", but every bedroom is good sized, has a reasonable closet, and a normal sized bath. The powder room near the kitchen is terrific as no one has to go to the bedroom for a brief stay. Highly recommend and would stay gladly again.
