The Space:
The apartment is fully furnished and functional as if it was your own home.

- 2 Queen size memory foam beds (Sleeps 2)
-Each bed is supplied with a fluffy & soft all season duvet along with 2 gel pillows and 2 plush pillows.
On the kitchen counter there will be a key fob that give you access to all amenities, garage entry, and garage elevator. The garage pass must be located on the dashboard to prevent your vehicle being towed.
***The apartment comes with ONE garage pass, any other vehicle will have to be parked on the street or might be at risk of getting towed from the garage***

Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.
A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Getting Around:
Downtown Salt Lake City is a vibrant and bustling area that offers a variety of transportation options to help you get around the city easily and efficiently.
One popular way to get around downtown is by using the public transit system. The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) operates a network of buses and trains that serve the downtown area and beyond. The TRAX light rail system is particularly convenient for getting around downtown, with several stations located within walking distance of major attractions, hotels, and businesses. The UTA also operates a free downtown circulator bus, known as the "Free Fare Zone," that makes loops around the downtown area.

This apartment is deep cleaned between each stay to ensure our guests are welcomed to a safe and clean space. We also, provide all of our guests with a welcoming gift!

Additionally, the building is situated in an up-and-coming neighborhood, similar to those found in most major cities. You may notice some homeless individuals in the area, but the community is highly monitored by local police and building security. Rest assured, this is a safe area, and your comfort and security are our top priority.

As your host, I am dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I'll be available to assist you throughout your stay. Great apartment in a convenient location near downtown Salt Lake City. The space is clean, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodates a family of four, with cozy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s on the third floor, and getting to the unit takes a few minutes, but the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the property manager was excellent - after checkout, we realized we had left some clothes in the dryer, and they kindly allowed us to return a couple of hours later to retrieve them. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to SLC.

Great appt complicated check in
The appt was top notch, very clean the location to down town was nice but the check in process was something of a nightmare. It’s in a appt complex and why the instructions are very clear if your not familiar with appt complexes which I’m not you do Not want to navigate this. You have to have a gate code, then a code for a door, then a fob to access the parking garage after you go up 3 floors and try to navigate the endless hallways. Then you get to the appt and get in only to have to get the parking pass and fob and go back down outside and move your car into the unmarked parking garage. I found it very overwhelming. Pair this with the 4 messages about not clogging the toilet, not putting garbage down the chute, the extremely long check in message I kept having to re reference back to I would not stay again. There are also a lot of homeless people but it is very close to down down and next to a bus stop.
