A very bright apartment on the fifth floor in the core center of Paris, next to the Sorbonne, at a five minutes walk from Notre-Dame and the Pantheon, and three minutes walk from the Cluny Museum - National Museum of the Middle Ages, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, with its restaurants, terraces, bookstores, and lively atmosphere.
The apartment consists of an nice entrance gallery, a bedroom with a 160 cm (63 inches) wide bed, a living room, a dining room, a balcony all around the apartment overlooking a garden, with a direct view of the Sorbonne and - further away -, the Eiffel Tower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilets, for an area of approximately 85 m² (915 square feet).
It is served by an elevator. The building, in Haussmannian style, has a concierge and is close to four metro lines and several bus lines. It is directly connected to both Paris airports by the metro (RER B).
The area is very safe, and you can go out without fear at any time. The apartment is quiet and well-insulated as the windows have double glazing.
It is ideal for two people who wish to stay in the hyper-center of Paris, living like Parisians.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and Wi-Fi in all rooms. In addition to the cleaning done before each guest's arrival, a cleaning person comes every Thursday morning. It is possible to arrange additional services if desired.

Wonderful area in le Latin Quarter. Completely safe. Very quite thanks to the new double-pane windows.
