Apartment building was restored to its 1893 quality, It features Exposed bricks, high ceilings with designer bathrooms, beautiful modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Luxury feel throughout the apartment.

Condo is above Barley Bottleshop and Taproom.
Very Fun Atmosphere- If you happen to stay when a band is scheduled, You are able to hear it in unit. You might as well go downstairs and enjoy the music.

The space

Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and living room has a sofa bed and a daybed with a trundle. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the guests to share.

Apartment is on second floor accessed by stairs only. Not suitable for Children due to potential music noise.

Located in Amplified music district

*******Please note that restaurants and bars located behind the property may cause noise disturbances. Fridays and Saturdays noise may last until 12:00 am. Please alert owner if it does last past 11:00pm to try to to rectify it. The city does have a noise ordinance.

It is in the City so if you are a looking for quiet time and need your rest this is not the place for you!! City Fun lovers only.

An easy walk to all of UTC, located in front of the State Building, across the AT&T building and the Bessie Smith Cultural Center. Around the corner from the annual weekly Nightfall at Miller Plaza Park.Walking distance to all of downtown Chattanooga and close to public transportation.

This location puts you just a short walk from many restaurants and breweries including: Odd Story Brewing, Hutton & Smith Brewery, Bitter Alibi Restaurant, The Yellow Deli, Champy’s Famous Chicken, Barley Chattanooga Tap House, 2 Sons Kitchen and Market, Chatt Smoke House, Camp House Coffee, Honest Pint Pub and many others. The area has also attracted many displays of public art through murals scattered along the historic buildings.
It is located in a culturally diverse area of town where you can enjoy local art, boutiques, breweries, and wonderful bakeries within walking distance. It’s an easy walk to downtown and the river front and easily accessible to any tourist destination within minutes.

This place made our weekend a great success! Perfect accommodations in our ideal location, and great owner communication. Food and drink right next door, and noise was not an issue (even for a busy weekend). Exactly as described and we look forward to staying here again!

Family Weekend in Chattanooga

The property is in a great central location - lots to see and do within walking distance. Very cute restored warehouse. Jackie was a gem!!!

A great place to stay!

We loved staying here! Its kind of like a secret clubhouse that nobody knows about. The beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and all of Chattanooga's sites are an easy drive. I'd stay here again when i come back to the area.

great spot for downtown visit

This was perfect for a spot to walk everywhere downtown. The fans and white noise machines were a nice touch. We ran them in both bedrooms and weren't bothered by the noise from downstairs.

Perfect

The apartment was spacious, well equipped & perfect for our needs. The location was great & just a short walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Once there we didn't use the car at all. Jackie was so helpful. It's mentioned in the listing & previous reviews that the apartment is above a bar. It is but don't let that put you off, You wouldn't be aware of it (unless you wanted to be!). Highly recommended property.

Nice Downtown Apartment

Nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located over a bar which I thought would cause some noise issues but never did. The only concern I would have is going and coming with children at night as many of the bar patrons are outside. This did not cause my family an issue but we only have an adult daughter. We did experience and issue but the landlord quickly came up with a solution and we had a great weekend at this location. I would stay here again.

Stunning apartment

This little gem is beautiful and super clean! Despite the warnings from the host that it isnt appropriate for young children we booked it anyway with our 3 young children because there wasn't much else to choose from. We didn't have any noise problems except loud mufflers from a car show over the weekend. The week nights were quiet.we enjoyed walking all over the city and not having to worry with parking. The beds were very comfortable and every room has a tv, radio and noise machine including the living room which my kids enjoyed because they sleep with a radio on at home. I was worried about this location with all the bars and a dispensery by it but we had no issues with anyone. The only down side i could say is that it i needed some sort of filtered water because the refrigerator didn't have that. Overall we would stay here again!

The host, Savannah, was very quick to respond and resolved a few issues that we had very quickly. The King bed was very comfortable… That's the only one we used. The layout was unique and we were able to walk right next-door for coffee and breakfast. The one thing to mention is parking. The listing has two parking spaces but on Saturday night when we came back there weren't any available since there was a party going on across the street and this is a public parking lot. We had to park in the grass and then move the car later on that night.
