- No Smoking (cigarettes, no vaping, and no illicit substance use is permitted on the property, including the patio, front porch, garage & driveway) $1000 fine with smoke scent or remnants

- Strict no party policy ($500 fine)

- No pets allowed in the property or outside at anytime unless pre-approved by host. ($500 fine)

PARKING: Upon check-in, park in the front of the home. Use Smart Lock to get inside. The two-car garage is accessible via the alley way around back. DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS. This will damage our sprinkler system. Please ensure vehicles are parked in the driveway, garage or street. There is a 4 car maximum. Please no more than one car out front.

VISITOR POLICY: The maximum amount of guests at any time is 6 unless pre-approved. All non-guests (visitors of guest) must be pre-approved prior to visiting inside or outside the home at any time.

Please do not take any furniture or decorative items from the home outside. Please do not move furniture from their designated rooms (mattresses, chairs etc).
