Welcome to Beach Villa Bliss, a gorgeously updated 2/2 golf villa overlooking the golf course Edgewater Beach Resort. This unit is located on the 6th hole of the golf course. The pond near it is home to turtles and ducks who love to be fed by the guests.

This ground floor condo, (perfect for easy access with kids and those who do not prefer stairs) offers all you need for the perfect beach getaway!

A spacious living area offers ample seating, a 75" smart TV with streaming capabilities and a covered patio with seating to enjoy a peaceful golf course view. The living room now includes a brand new queen size sleeper sofa.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a table and bar seating that looks into our fully-equipped kitchen; with updated, modern appliances and all you need for whipping up home cooked delectables: pots, pans, utensils, plus a toaster, blender, and a Keurig Duo so you can make coffee for the group or coffee for one.

The main bedroom features a king sized bed, smart TV, clothing storage, a large sliding door to access our patio, and an ensuite bathroom with large double vanity and a stunning walk-in tiled shower.

The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, sliding doors to a 2nd covered patio, smart TV and access to our guest bathroom with an updated walk-in tiled shower.

A full-sized washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi complete your stay, adding convenience to your comfort.

In the storage container outside the front door you will find various beach/pool items like chairs, a beach umbrella and inflatable floats.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are located a short walk away.

This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, max. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts, clubhouse, and convention center.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, sushi, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
