Discover this unique lighthouse vacation rental w/private pool on Anna Maria Island. The Lighthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with an open plan living/kitchen/dining which is perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends. Located in Holmes Beach, the home is only a short walk (approx. 6 min) to the beautiful Gulf beach. The house has been lovingly decorated with retro memorabilia creating a vintage americana aesthetic. Enjoy our budget-friendly pricing.

Private access to entire house, pool and yard

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all while you are staying at the house

There is parking for one compact car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. You can also rent a golf cart from Hodo Golf Carts, Beach Bums or Zoom Around to explore the island at a leisurely pace. Alternatively, rent one of our 6 bicycles subject to availability. There is also a free island trolley service which runs daily around the island (approximately every 20 min) with a trolley stop located just outside the property.

Great Location & Great House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse! The house’s central location on the island made it very easy to visit the north or south areas of the island. The house had all of the amenities and more than we could imagine. Communication with Valerie from beginning to end was great! She even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the unique decor and layout of the house and loved the pool area. We hope to be back soon!

Anna Maria island was a wonderful place to visit. The Lighthouse complemented our stay with the wonderful layout, privacy, and excellent condition of the property. This is a place and property that we will surely visit again in the near future.

Really Great Place!!

We really enjoyed our week on the island and in this great vacation home! The Lighthouse was clean and comfortable! Even though it is located on one of the main streets, the landscaping and foliage makes it seem quite cozy. The owners were very thoughtful and made the stay very special.

Wonderful accommodation - a true home from home.

The Lighthouse is an absolutely fantastic property; and truly gives a home from home experience. It is beautifully finished and the interior is very quirky and fun. The beach is very close although the pool area at the house meant we rarely left!

Look no further, this is the place for you.

The Lighthouse in Holmes Beach is a large comfortable interesting home with everything you may need for your vacation. The beds were excellent! It was a very easy walk to the beach and there was also parking available there if you prefer to drive. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and we would happily rent here again. No need to look further, this is the place!

A completely unique home, very clean and well.

We had a great time in the lighthouse. It was ideal for our week stay and the property provided everything we needed from relaxing at the pool to beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen. Valerie was great to deal with and made our stay very easy. Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Simply the best stay you can imagine!

We'd watched The Lighthouse being built and stayed in the owners rentals before and loved them so we were thrilled to be one of the first to get the chance to stay here. It's fabulous, like being in a movie and on the trolley route when you don't fancy driving. Can't recommend this highly enough , and great value too.

The light house was great for our vacation

The light house was a great spot for our family vacation. The kids loved the lighthouse and mom and dad loved the quality finishes and amenities. Not your typical stark rental. The place has a ton of personality and was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach was not too far. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely consider renting this property again.

Fun and Kitschy Property!

The Lighthouse is fun and kitschy with model boats and JFK memorabilia throughout, my 3 year old son loved it and the small heated pool. It was equipped with everything needed. Overall, we did enjoy our time.

Lots of space, very clean, perfect vacation home!

The Lighthouse was so much fun for our family! There was plenty of space for our 4 girls. Valerie and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. Having the beach toys and supplies were very helpful! The home was also in a great location...not too far from Pine St or Manatee Beach! Can't wait to visit AMI once again!!

What an amazing place to make memories with our kids!!

This beautiful lighthouse property was perfect in every way. We really, really enjoyed all the decor, not a detail was missed! The home is very clean and this was such a very well kept property, great location. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. It was such a convenient bonus to have the beach carts, chairs and toys. It was very, very pleasant to work with the owner. We will definitely be back to Anna Maria Island and would absolutely stay at any of her properties again!!

A perfect vacation rental

We had a wonderful time at the Lighthouse. It was perfect for our family and our boys loved the fun of staying in a light house. Having our own pool was great when we wanted some relaxing time off the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunset views from the look out at the top. The house had everything we needed including beach gear and kitchen items. Valerie was wonderful to work with; very responsive to anything we needed. We loved our stay at the Lighthouse and hope to return again!
