Disfrutar de sus vacaciones con todas las comodidades del hogar. Esta casa de 4000 pies cuadrados cuenta con todo lo necesario para que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables! Dispone de aire acondicionado central, lavadora y secadora, 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños, concepto abierto cocina / comedor, sala de estar, amplia terraza y un amplio espacio de césped para juegos y un pozo de fuego.

Esta casa llegó a la piscina de alquiler en el año 2014 por lo que disfrutar de los muebles nuevos en la zona de estar y dormitorios. Las habitaciones se extienden a través de la casa que permite la intimidad, si se desea, pero un montón de espacio común para disfrutar de la compañía del otro. La propiedad se encuentra a sólo 1. 2 millas de playa de los pozos donde hay un aparcamiento gratuito.

El nivel principal de la casa cuenta con un concepto de sala de estar abierta con techos altos y un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y cable. La cocina y el comedor de la casa también está abierto a los demás y cuenta con 4 taburetes y una mesa para seis a ocho personas. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay una gran cubierta que tiene una mesa y asientos para seis. # 1 dormitorio que también se encuentra en la planta principal cuenta con una cama doble / doble litera, así como una cama doble. Justo fuera de la habitación hay un medio baño.

La planta superior de la casa tiene 3 dormitorios, un baño completo, dos baños y medio, y una zona de ducha bañera compartida. # 2 dormitorios, el dormitorio principal, cuenta con un gran cuarto de baño. Dormitorio # 3 tiene una cama de matrimonio y, medio baño, puertas correderas de vidrio con cubierta, y un 32 en la televisión LCD. # 4 dormitorios tiene una cama doble / doble, así como un 40 en TV LCD y baño y medio .. Habitaciones # 3 y # 4 comparten una combinación de bañera ducha accesible desde cualquier habitación.

Wells Beach House

Last place on dead end with wonderful privacy, plenty of parking in quiet neighborhood. House is very nice, tons of space with open concept downstairs. Deck with gas grill was ideal for cookout. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards which was a huge plus as well. Definitely would recommend and would be back again!

Excellent communications with the manager of this location. This property is a perfect home away from home. Our group enjoyed the large adjoining kitchen, living and dining rooms that opened out onto a comfortable back deck with a nice gas grill. The kitchen is very well stocked, lighting and climate control were superb; with options to keep everyone comfortable. I enjoyed the expansive suite over the garage. Sunrise comes early in Maine. Enjoy!

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location

We had an awesome long weekend in Wells Beach, Maine. The rental was clean, comfortable, welcoming and had lots of room for our party of seven. The house was in a great location. It was close to the ocean and many wonderful restaurants. Ryan was responsive and very friendly with all our communication. We give this beautiful location a five star rating!

There was no pool as stated in your description,otherwise my family enjoyed their stay. Traffic on route 1 is very heavy; hard to get into and out of.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great location and home. Easily accommodated 10 adults from three families. Plenty of room to relax, spread out, or gather together for meals, games, fire pit, etc. House had lots of extras including items for young children, meal prep and dining, beach chairs and sand toys, puzzles and games, televisions, etc. The house never felt crowded- even when local family and friends stopped by for a visit. Always had hot water for showers- amazing since 10 of us stayed in the house. The location was perfect- very convenient to local stores and attractions, in a neighborhood but still had a secluded feeling. Host had great communication, checked on us during stay via phone call to ensure everything was good, checkin and out procedures were easy and reasonable. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

Spacious secluded home in a great location. It was perfect for a vacation with my friends and our families with small children. We hope to stay again next year. People had said in previous reviews that the table wasn't big enough, but there is a new table that seats 10 and then stools at the counter.

Perfect Week

The house was everything we expected and then some! It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we could have possible asked for. From the time we chose this location to the day we arrived, everyone we spoke to attended to all of our questions. The location was ideal, close to everything but secluded offering plenty of privacy.

Wonderful Long Weekend

My family had a wonderful weekend at this property in Wells. WE enjoyed all of the space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The house was extremely clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed! April is a chilly for a ME vacation, but worked for all of us. We can only imagine how wonderful this house is in peak summer season. Thank you!

Spacious, clean, Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this location, along with 3 other couples for a local triathlon. There was plenty of room for all of us, even with all our bikes, and gear we brought along with us. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. While unfortunately we didn't get to use the back deck and fire pit, this was a great plus. Great location only 5 minutes from the highway, and right off the main road. The listing owner also had great communication with us which made renting very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house and yard!

Spent a week with our adult children and grandchildren, this house was perfect for us. It is in a quiet, convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. Encountered problem with Internet connection and a/c, very responsive property manager. overall great week, thank you. (Recommend adding a vacuum cleaner to the cleaning tools onsite.). Thank you.

Very Clean

Although the inside was a little dated, it was extremely clean. There was lots of room for the whole family. It was great that there was four half baths, I did think there was going to be one more shower. Only two showers for whole family was a little difficult, coming from the beach. It was nice that the whole family was able to eat together at the enormous dining table, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the pans necessary for our lobster feast. We also enjoyed hanging in the living room all together. The kids were very excited with all the chipmunks, squirrels, and the deer that showed up on the property, It definitely, however, was not walking distance to the beach and one of the bedrooms did not have a TV. If in the area, I would stay at this location again.

Wedding trip!

I rented this property for family visiting Wells for my sister’s wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group (10 people), the yard is beautiful. I will absolutely rent this property for another family trip.

Excellent Location.

Had a fantastic family vacation in Wells. We had plenty of room in this spacious property for 6 adults and an infant. Enjoyed some fab meals in the big open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even some steamers The private wooded lot was an added bonus. Ryan was a gracious host. Would love to stay here again

Wells weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the house is very spacious and clean. It is tucked away at end of a cul-de-sac and the trees around it give it a great sense of privacy. Conveniently located close to the beaches in Wells and Kennebunkport. The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Only caveat is you have to pay an extra fee for beddings and towels.

Awesome place for a staycation

While searching for a perfect vacation rental to spend time with family and friends during kids' spring break, we came across this property. This is a gem of a property. The location, the property size, number of rooms, and amenities, everything were spot on. Especially, the kitchen and the dinner place were huge. We enjoyed spending every moment there. If we ever come to Wells again, we will surely rebook this property. Highly recommended.

Great location- clean-tons of space

We loved that there was a good yard around, they have toys for kids onsite and chairs for the firepit. House was clean, they had soap and paper products on site as well which was very nice.

Girls week-end 25 th year.

I would have preferred 2 queen sized beds instead of the bunk beds.Our ages ranged from 87 years old to the youngest being 51yrs old.and there were 8 of us,4 daughters 1 adopted daughter and 2 daughter in-laws.We loved the home.

Great property for both family and friends to visit. Layout of the house allows everyone to have there own space.Close and convenient to everything,markets,restaurants the beach. Definately recommend this property.
