Nice little apartment for a beach vacation. Stocked with all the necessities. Great location. Very close to beach, ice cream shop, and local sub and coffee shops. Also only a short walk to crabbing /fishing dock on the bay. Host very accommodating and nice. Definitely recommended for a family beach trip.

Comfortable and great location

Mary-Anne and her family (and dogs!) were all very friendly and helpful. The place is well stocked and comfortable and it is a very short walk to the beach and the bay. My husband and I and our little Boston Terrier had a wonderful time and hope to stay again.

Perfect week in Seaside Park

Loved that we were able to check in at 1 pm to enjoy time on the beach, which is only a short walk away, on our first day. The apartment was just what we needed for our family of four and an added bonus we got to bring our pups. Maryann and her family were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

My husband and I loved the location. Such a great place in Seaside Park. The owners Maryann and Dick were friendly and helpful. We will certainly be renting again! It is so nice to be able to bring our dog Gemma!! Thanks Denise and Ken Sarte

Convenience is everything!

This property was close to the beach, bay, boardwalk, bakery and ice cream. What more could you ask for. The unit was clean and had everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable.

Great Location & Nice People!

Great Location on the beach block and also a block from the bay. Just 5 minutes from Island Beach State Park, as well. Cute little apartment with air conditioning, as well as inside and outside shower, and washer/dryer on premises. Short walk to breakfast, ice cream and Surf Taco. Very friendly landlords, Mary Anne, Dick and their dog, Biscuit live in the upstairs. We enjoyed a great long week with a couple extra days offered since not occupied the week prior.

Great location at a great price

Location is key and this does not disappoint. beach side apt. walk to the beach just down the block. this part of the island is narrow so right down the street is the beach with an entrance. one block west is the bay. bettie and nics is 2 blocks away for breakfast or lunch, ice cream just around the corner. outdoor amenities include a bbq,backyard patio with table and shower. inside is newer appliances, floor and freshly painted well kept.. ceiling is low and bedrooms are tight but adequate for one week for a family of four. off street parking can be a an issue on weekends but fine during the week. shared laundry tuesday, thursday and saturday worked out fine owners are friendly, helpful and accomodating. this is a first floor apartment so you may hear some noises from upstairs. Will be staying here again.

Very disappointed

As soon as we arrived my wife started sneezing and we had to start cleaning. The place was full of dog hair and a lot of dust, normal sand because it’s a beach place, but it had hair everywhere. The place is small, the ceiling is low, there is too much furniture in a small space, we had to remove some furniture and put it in the other room for more convenience. We kept all the pillows in the second room, we also removed the covers and one of them we used on the couch because was full of hair. All the decorations were dirty, full of grease, there was bread crumbs on the table, in the kitchen, under the oven, inside the oven was terrible, I didn't even want to use, full of grease, the fridge was dirty and the bathroom .... I don't even say. We went on vacation but we wasted time cleaning and we had already paid the Cleaning Fee. After taking shower we realized that the toilet was dripping, we called the owner, he came, tried to fix it, we left for dinner. When we came back everything was full of water, we closed the valve, Mary-Ann came she was going to call the plumber the next day so we had to use the bathroom inside her house. At night, at bedtime the bed is very small and the mattress is not very comfortable, my wife went to sleep on the couch, but was even worse. The next day we were awakens because the dogs don’t stop barking and running. You cannot take a nap because the dogs do not stop barking and at night it seems that they are there by the other door, barking. We knew they had animals but I thought the place where we would stay was going to be clean and without hair, it was very unpleasant the 7 days we stayed there, EVERY day we had to sweep dog hair; it was everywhere. And lastly, one of the rules that it was written inside the apartment, was to leave the place clean, linen and towels washed and fold, so I wonder ... why do we pay cleaning fees? We had to clean before and after and we pay the fee for the linen also! We paid for everything but in the end we had to do it. Not happy with that. .

Sorry you were disappointed. however you Over exaggerated. You had every opportunity to speak with owner before booking. Never had such a negative review in all the years of renting!

Great location & property!

This is our 2nd visit to the Nor’easter. Mary-Ann (landlord) is accessible if needed and also helpful. The property is half a block to beach access and a few blocks to the bay. Location is quiet with restaurants a short distance away. Charlie’s Ice Cream is near for an evening walk destination! Looking forward to our next stay.

Really nice week in Seaside Park!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Seaside Park at the Nor’easter. It is in a great, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. A short walk to the beach and shops. Perfect for the dog owner who needs to have a place to stay with their pet. Nice layout makes this two bedroom feel large. Access to the washer & dryer is a plus! The friendly owners are welcoming and helpful. Ready to book again!

Another Great stay

This is the second year in a row and we were not disappointed. Check in was fast and easy even accommodated my early arrival by allowing us to store some bags. Felt like as soon as we arrived we were ready for beach action. Just a few houses from the beach and bay and Betty and Nicks for breakfast and lunch. Kids had a blast especially waiting for biscuit to go on his morning walks. Nice quiet beach and block. The owners treat you like family and are always welcoming and making sure your stay is going well. Their grown up kids are also a delight to talk to when the chance arose. Can't say enough nice things but then again that is why we stayed 2 years in a row. Can't beat the location and price and amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great location, awesome landlord

The apartment is nice, furnished and included many extras such as a coffee pot and toaster. The landlord is friendly and does not bother you. The location is prime as it is on the beach block.

Great location to beach bay bakery ice cream shops

Affordable pet friendly beach apartment. Landlords are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Has all of the basics for a small family who loves the active beach vacation. The places is small but we go To the Shore for the ocean, water, and other activities.

Great rental! convenient to beach and shopping

Awesome location, nice place, well priced

Best location in the area on beach side of 7th Ave, Seaside Park NJ. Badges(2) are a huge plus. Small place but won't spend much time there. Fast WiFi. Easy rental. Great deal.
