Your home away from home in Cocoa with 2 bedrooms. This beautiful house features a king bed and 2 queen beds. Newly renovated FUN home. Air hockey table, games, large deck outside, huge tv wall + fenced yard. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. The bathroom attached to the double queen rome also has a tub. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Host was great was there if we needed anything. The tv and games was very entertaining for my daughter. Overall great place and so close to the beaches.

Our home is a MH and that is mentioned in the listing as well as all amenities. During your stay you asked for many items and help accessing items, like an iron, washer, dryer, which wasn't a problem for us, but shows you didn't read the listing or check in instructions. There was never a transparency issue. Prior to your stay, you called us and mentioned someone in your party had to report to the courts where they are at all times. You also requested to cancel and said you would 'leave a bad travelers review.'

Cozy and clean

Very relaxing stay, lovely neighborhood and comfy beds. Loved the rain shower head. House is so clean and my kids loved the air hockey table. Great find for a great price

The air hockey game was a hit to my grandson. I appreciated the covered carport because of the rain encountered. Roomy, not cramped, nice screened in patio we used. All in all very good, one thing to bring up. Small black ants in the bathroom by the tub. I lived in Florida for 30 years and I am used to bugs, no problem, just to let you know. I don't think anyone else noticed.

Beautiful decor/Location non-descriptive

I would have liked to have known that l would be staying in a MH park and pictures of the exterior were not given. However, don’t be deterred by the area; as the home is nicely decorated, remodeled and clean. Not bad at all for an overnight stay.

Definitely the first fail we've had through VRBO. The moment you walk in you are hit with a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke or a musky smell from the walls bulging out from what appears to water damage . There is not a king bed, there are 2 twins pushed together, on a king frame, leaving a crack in the middle. They have a plastic mattress cover on the bed and microfiber sheets so it is a very noisy nights sleep. There are no ceiling fans so if you like air moving while you are sleeping or have hot flashes you'll be in trouble! There are no handles on the kitchen cabinets which makes it quite difficult to get into the very limited, dirty kitchen amenities they do have. We had to scrub a spatula clean to be able to use it. There is no silverware, just plastic disposable forks that are being washed and reused. The fridge needs a good cleaning. The bath mat has what looks like wood chips on it. It seems that they do the cleaning themselves and if they are paying someone I'd be looking for a new cleaner. No hand towels or towel racks in the bathrooms. There is a reason there are no pictures outside. I don't mind that it is a mobile home, but I can't find where that was in the listing. It's actually a mobile home park though. After a nearly 8 hour drive this place was disappointing. While I can appreciate what they were trying to do with this renovation it's not quite there yet. I've paid much less on VRBO for a much better place to stay. This place was definitely a fail.

I'm sorry your stay fell short of what you expected and surprised to read your review, because you didn't communicate any issues at all during your stay. To clarify a few details about the property: This is a manufactured home, exactly as listed and shown in the photos — not a mobile home. This is also not a mobile home park. Every owner owns the land and the manufactured home on it. The home was completely renovated before your stay, including new high-end Purple mattresses. We provide full silverware (not just disposable forks), and the refrigerator is brand new. The property is 100% non-smoking, with thorough cleaning protocols between guests. We’re disappointed that none of these concerns were mentioned during your stay. We monitor messages closely and respond very quickly. If you had reached out at any point, we would have immediately addressed the issues and resolved whatever was bothering you.I

BEYOND appalling is the closest thing to describe this place. For starters, it's in a trailer park! It's literally a portable building in a trailer park. There are no closets, a single door in and out, I don't even know how that's fire rated acceptable. It SMELLED awful!!...like old dirty musty, moldy stank, the bar was sticky and dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, one of the bedspreads was stained- it was disgusting!. As soon as we entered at check in time (we asked to check in early but by the time she replied it was normal time and that's when we saw this monstrosity) I phoned VRBO immediately, sent them pictures, they were understanding until they sent it to the INVESTIGATIVE department that's when they checked out, told me to contact her, like she didn't already know what she had done. We call her she yells at us tells us to talk to VRBO and hangs up on us. We obviously didn't stay, we found other accommodations immediately and left that nasty joint! No refund given, I have used VRBO many times, but not any more given I now know they have zero customer support! I have pictures but apparently they don't have an option to put them here, I will be reviewing this on every platform I can find.
