This unit is beautiful 🤩 all around, once you walk in you have a wonderful sitting and living space with a 55” tv 📺 and a pullout queen bed 🛌 if needed. There is a console table behind that couch that extends into a table for 4. There is a beautiful kitchen with new stainless steal appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen needs for 4 guests. There is a washer and dryer for all your washing needs. The bathroom has large sitting tub as well as a high shower head. The bed room has a king size bed 🛌 a dresser, and chair to relax. There is a 42” tv with cable and Hulu, and YouTube tv. The closet has all the linens you’d need for the pullout bed, and lots of space for any clothes that need to be hung.
This is a keyless entry there is a code you will receive that will allow you to access your private retreat.
If there’s anything you need during your stay please let us know we’d be happy to answer any questions to help your stay be a 5 Star ⭐️ experience.
❖ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
❖ There is a $75 fee per 3o minutes for all unapproved late departures.
❖ No smoking ANYWHERE. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the porch/balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately.
❖ We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises, or in or around the hot tub/pool area.
❖ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy, the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately.
❖ NO packages of ANY kind are allowed to be shipped to this address.
❖ Due to the good neighbor initiative we do monitor noise levels. Conversations are NOT recorded only a loudness(decibels) readings are monitored by our security team during every stay. Located in living room.
❖ Our home has a Ring security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and back door of the unit for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee.
❖ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.
❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided.
❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $250 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit.
❖ When your stay is complete, please leave the key fob on the counter before you leave. If the key is lost you could be charged $50 for a replacement.
❖ There is free uncovered parking available, and 1 dedicated covered parking space.
❖ Remember you are a guest of Canyon Vista Enterprises LLC. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team only via the Airbnb messaging app.
