Welcome to The Lucille! Our home features 4 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen and three patios!



When you enter our home, you will find our open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect setting to spend quality time with your group. Enjoy the couch, Smart TV, and large windows! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to create your favorite dishes on vacation. This space also has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a large bar with 4 chairs. Downstairs, you'll find our second living space with a cozy couch, large Smart TV, and a karaoke machine!



The two patios off of the living room has seating, dining table, a grill, a fire pit, and a tucked-away natural feel. There is also a private patio from the primary bedroom. A quick stroll down the street you can enjoy views of Lake Lucille and the nature park!



When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 4 bedrooms:

(1) Primary suite with a King size bed, a couch, a large walk-in closet, a private patio, a full private bathroom with large shower & tub.

(2) Queen bedroom with a closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) King bedroom with an armoire, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) Downstairs, in a shared space with the living area there are 2 Queen size beds and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located in mid-town Fayetteville, close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
