BEDROOMS
This inviting home boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Bedroom 1 is a bright and airy retreat featuring a luxurious king-size bed, soaring ceilings, and sliding glass doors that open to a private outdoor area. Bedroom 2, the master suite, offers a cozy ambiance with another king-size bed, a comfortable seating area with a fireplace, and a unique gold clothing rack. The master bedroom features soaring ceilings and two large windows that flood the space with natural light—perfect for early risers who love waking up with the sun and enjoying breathtaking views right from bed. Bedroom 3 is perfect for families or friends, featuring two double beds and a sofa bed, along with a well-appointed ensuite bathroom. Finally, Bedroom 4 provides a fun and functional space with two double beds, creatively configured as a bunk bed and a standard bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy sofa. Throughout the home, guests will appreciate the modern décor, ample natural light, and thoughtful touches that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

HOT TUB
Step outside onto the expansive private deck and discover a tranquil oasis designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. The centerpiece of this outdoor retreat is a luxurious hot tub, perfect for soaking and unwinding while surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. Comfortable lounge chairs offer ample seating for socializing, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance and stargazing in the evening. This secluded setting provides the perfect escape to connect with nature and melt away the stresses of daily life.

OUTDOORS
We hope you enjoy the hot tub, outdoor fire table and the Weber gas grill! We require that all use follows posted rules regarding fire safety, including adult supervision and turning these fully off and closing their lid and cover after use. Indoors or outdoors, please no smoking, candles, fireworks, burning or firearms. Children must be supervised indoors and outdoors.

GAMES
This home offers a dedicated game area designed for fun and entertainment, seamlessly connected to the main living space. Challenge friends and family to a lively game of foosball, test your skills at the classic Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, or engage in a more strategic board games. The open layout of the game area allows for easy interaction with those in the adjacent living spaces, creating a social and engaging atmosphere for all ages. This thoughtfully designed space adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the home, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy during their stay.

BEACH GEARS
We want you to be beach ready! We provide paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, beach chairs, towels, swim noodles and car racks. We require that all use is adult supervised and follows posted safety rules, such as no use by non-swimmers and checking the gear for safety, damage or fit prior to use.

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 pets to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per pet. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, pets must potty in the designated area next to the parking pad and please bring bags to clean up after them. No pets in beds or on the furniture. Also, please follow Sister Bay’s pet rules (such as pets on leash, no pets on beach).

PARKING
Sister Bay allows a maximum of 4 cars (no boats or trailers) on the property and 2 cars must be garage parked. No street parking, but there is a public parking lot, including for boat trailers, just across the street. For long term parking, call the Marina at 920-854-4457 for helpful options.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is in a residential neighborhood and we host up to 10 guests. Please respect the neighbors as if you lived here. No events or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 10PM to 10AM.

You must follow your booking platform’s ground rules for guests and our house rules below, several of these come from the Village of Sister Bay and keep our license in good standing. By booking, you agree to our house rules below:

OTHERS
We are parents ourselves and we supply you with things like a crib and baby gates, but you must follow manufacturer safety instructions and supervise your children, including their access to the loft, water equipment, proximity to fire pits or grill, exploration outside or the property trail.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
