Welcome to Palms at Wailea! This is your tropical paradise! This recently remodeled and updated large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Nestled just one block from the ocean, you'll enjoy easy access to pristine beaches and stunning sunsets. The beachy chic decor and modern furniture create an atmosphere of relaxation, the perfect homebase, as you prepare to head out for a day soaking in the sun, snorkeling or watching the whales. This modern condo boasts spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable vacation. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room will comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests. The sunlit kitchen has granite countertops, tropical backsplash and a breakfast bar. You will find it is fully stocked with all the kitchen accessories you will need to make delicious meals. The living room area is spacious and perfect for families or couples to relax and enjoy. There is high speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and a split AC system that services both bedrooms and living area. Providing a cool atmosphere and the linens are fresh and crisp! This is the best place we have stayed at in Maui. We will definitely stay there again. Parking was awesome and easy walking to the beach. We have stayed at many resorts in wailea and will pick staying at the palms over any of those resorts. Thank you again!

Overall the stay was great. The room felt a little older than appeared in the photos but it was a great stay. The room could use a couple more blanket options for the beds and/or sofa.

We have stayed in The Palms many times and love the complex. This time, we rented three units and this was the disappointing one. The other two were excellent but this was mediocre in location. It's a long way from the pool and close to the road and we wish we had known where it was in the complex before renting. The cockroaches and VIP's 10:00 checkout time didn't help. Would not recommend.

We feel it’s important to provide additional context for future guests. This review appears to be in response to our inability to accommodate a last-minute request for a late checkout. Unfortunately, we had guests arriving the same afternoon, making a 10:00 a.m. checkout necessary. We are happy to offer late checkouts when availability permits, particularly when requested in advance, but in this case it simply was not possible. The statement regarding cockroaches is also surprising, as this was never reported to us during the stay. Had we been notified, we would have responded immediately. We have not experienced any cockroach issue in this unit, and without any communication from the guest, we had no opportunity to investigate or assist. Additionally, the location of the condo within the Palms at Wailea is accurately represented in our listing. Guests can clearly see the unit’s location before booking, and many specifically choose and enjoy this quieter area of the property and large grassy backyard space. We stand behind the quality of this home and our commitment to responsive customer service. We believe this review does not accurately reflect the overall guest experience at this property.

Our stay was great. We were delayed in Hawaii due to some weather, and the hosts were very helpful with extending our stay. Highlights: Great price, great location, very clean, super accommodating hosts, good parking, lots of beach chairs/umbrellas, and beach gear.Things to Know: It is a basement suite, so there is no view of the ocean. There are quite a few steps down into the place, which was ok for us but may be challenging for some or elderly people. The second bedroom has sliding doors off it, so it is not very private or quiet.I would stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

This is a great property and our unit was well designed and comfortable. Quiet location with beautiful grounds and pool area. The kitchen could use a few more basic items. Other than that it was all excellent.

THE BEST!!

This property is GORGEOUS. The condo was very clean, feels brand new and is beautifully designed. It was so enjoyable relaxing there after a long beach day. We loved how private it felt, and we were super excited about the unexpected ocean view, it’s small from the lanai, but enough to know what the beach conditions are like!! This condo’s location is fantastic, very private and away from the main group of buildings at the Palms. Walking to the beach is a breeze and there is lots of dining nearby. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxury feeling getaway! The property management team was wonderful, and their communication was top-notch. We hope to be back soon!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was much smaller than we anticipated.
