House was clean, the pool was great, short, walk to the beach, rented a golf cart, which made it even more fun. A few little glitches that were handled quickly. Overall, a great family property!

Pool was clean! Beds and pillows are comfortable. Location was awesome, only half a block from Estero Blvd. The thermostat is a little weird but once you get used to it, it’s fine. Overall we would book again!

Beautiful beach house, great location, within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, almost across the street from the beach and a great pool. Clean clean clean to top it off.

The location was great. The house was nice, however there were a few things that could have been better. The refrigerator smelt like dead animal, we contacted the listing agent, he quickly came and put Clorox in the refrigerator however, it did not stay. The spare bathroom had no shower pressure so everyone had a shower in the main bedroom bathroom. There is no access to the pool unless you go outside of the house and downstairs or go through the garage to get to the pool. There is mold on the ceiling surrounding the lights in the living room and the kitchen.. The remotes for the lights in the fans do not work. If you turned off the fan in one room, the lights went out and all the other rooms. If you turned off the lights in one room, the fans went off in the other rooms. It seems that they are all on one switch. We just needed somewhere to sleep because we went boating each day all day, so it was fine. However if you are looking for something clean and walk in ready this is 50/50. We had fun, overall. Nice place but needs some fixing.

So sorry for your unpleasant experience. We had a neighborhood power outage in the days immediately before your stay with us. We are sorry for the fridge... we dismantled the fridge before you arrived and thought it was clean and fresh but even after we returned and cleaned it again I guess it still was bad. I had the team check the ceiling and it was not mold thankfully. we just need to get it painted around the vents and lighting fixtures. Regarding the pool...our home are elevated in the event of flooding and the pool are on the ground floor. There is not any resolution...sorry again for your less than perfect stay.

This fabulous place speaks for itself with the pictures shown! Pool house was clean and screened porch with tv was relaxing. Silly me had a frig temp issue but Angie came straight over to fix! Just a plug n unplug fix. Yup I-was on vacation- thanks Angie!! Definitely will come back! Thank you!!

The home is beautifully appointed and well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and take the time to check in and make sure everything is to your liking. The warm, saltwater pool is incredible. The home’s proximity to the beach, Publix, and downtown FMB makes it an ideal location. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay, this is it! Book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful house! Angie was amazing and very easily contacted. If there was a problem she was on it pronto (super small issue, we couldn’t figure out the heat for the pool and it was fixed very promptly). The house was also very clean. Literally looked brand new. The grill worked great and was very clean. Pretty good amount of cookware. I really wish there were seasonings but we managed without them and it certainly wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely recommend going off the strip for groceries as we found them to be much cheaper elsewhere. Don’t hesitate to book here! I’m hoping we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Fort Myers Beach home! The location couldn't have been better—just a two-minute walk to the the beach. The house was spotless, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of eight.The private pool was a highlight, giving us the perfect place to relax after spending the day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and there was plenty space to park our four cars. They had a cart, beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which was a great convenience.Everything we needed for a stress-free vacation was provided, and the home truly felt like a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Fort Myers Beach!
