Pelican Place: Newly renovated with bay views!

Pelican Place was recently renovated with a stunning beautiful new kitchen, new flooring, new bedding, new furniture and a fresh and clean nautical vibe!

The Space:
Pelican Place is just steps from the dock, for easy access to the water taxi or your rental boat. The front porch has a comfortable seating area with views of the bay beyond. It offers a perfect spot for viewing the morning sunrise. And, if you would like to rent a golf cart to explore the island, we may be able to offer one, subject to availability.

Inside, the spacious open plan kitchen and living area has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A large island offers additional seating and lots of space for food prep….perfect for preparing a holiday dinner or a simple meal after a day of beach activities. There is a large bathroom with tub/shower and a smaller en-suite bath off the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and pantry items.

Downstairs, you will find a comfortable open air deck.. There is also a fire pit for evening bonfires, s'mores and hot dog roasting and an outdoor shower.

The beautiful private LGI beach is just a few steps away down a sandy pathway.
