Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully remodeled house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoy convenient amenities such as a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a cozy fireplace. Spend relaxed hours on the stunning wraparound porch, which features its own TV and a pellet grill—perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
Feel at ease knowing everything you need is provided, from campfire wood and skewers (even during the winter months) to beach towels and floaties. We also supply salon grade shampoo and conditioner, so you can pack lighter. This versatile home is perfect for any season, with direct access to snowmobile trails and a public boat ramp. The large 100-foot dock, complete with boat bumpers, is ready for your boat.
Set on five acres of beautifully maintained green space, the property includes a designated area for wiffle ball or blitzball, as well as a front porch featuring a hot air balloon basket bar and a hammock. Experience the best of lake life and create unforgettable memories at this exceptional retreat.

Hi! We are so glad you are considering our home. We are a family of 6 and we love to travel! Because of this, we are often gone for several weeks at a time from our home here in MN. We love renting it out and being able to share with others why we have lived here for almost 20 years. We are both business owners, so our phones are always on us and we consider ourselves available almost 100% available to answer any questions throughout your stay!

We love the peace and quiet our home brings. Rarely do you ever have boat traffic and when we do, it is on major summer holidays. We do have neighbors on the lake, but more are seasonal, and our neighbors right next to us come up only a few weekends of the month May- September.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We live in this property year round, renting it while we are gone traveling. Because of this, the cabinets will be full of nonparishable food and the fridge may have some condiments in the door. We do not care if you need a cup of sugar, or another can of beans and use ours. Everything in this home is top notch, not cabin quality. From bedding, towels and salon grade shampoo to pots and pan in the kitchen. A fresh bag of coffee will be left for you to use or take home with you. No need to feel like you have to take everything back home with you. If you came with more non-parishable food than you needed, feel free to leave it for the next guests.
We have a double lot, so plenty of great green space for older kids to feel like they can stretch! The porch is set up for entertaining, complete with seating, a Traeger pellet grill (with pellets), and a TV. There is nothing quite like watching a movie on the porch in the evening! We do also spray for mosquitos during the summer. We also live about 20 minutes from National Golf Course in McGregor MN which is very popular amongst the locals and golf enthusiasts alike.
During the winter this home becomes your warm and cozy. Complete with cozy blankets for the whole family and decorated tastefully. The gas fireplace is easily controlled from the thermostat. If your coming to snowmobile, you are able to get on the trails right from our driveway. The entry is heated for boots and snow clothes to dry when wet. The driveway is large and can accommodate trucks and trailers if needed.
Wanting to go out for dinner? There are many options, most are rural lake bars and restaurants, and the people are delightful!
** Please Note: Please be sure to choose exactly how many guests will be staying during your reservation. This will open the appropriate amount of beds available in the home. For example, a reservation for 8 people, all 4 bedrooms will be open. If you make a reservation for 2, only the master will be available for use.
